I really wish my room mates would stop fucking. God damnit. I really don't want to live with a couple. FML

i hate you all right now.

I don't know how to let go of people and places, that hold my heart or held my hand. They float in the corners of my mind, like cobwebs in an unkempt apartment. They beg me to call and remind me why I can't.

The past I have built and destroyed, or simply let float away, crash back in waves caused by bulldozers tumbling the bricks sinking to the sea.

You and me You are many people people I used to know people I still love. Nights like this, when the rain in taping the wind is screaming reminders of you.

a cute idea for you

I had a few glass candle lids from jar candles laying around and as I was cleaning my room I discovered that they would make great shadow boxes. The smallones are limited to about one or two small items but they are easily hung on the wall with just a tack. Leave the plastic part that is supposed to seal the candle on the lid, stick a push pin in the wall and slide the plastic part between the wall and pin. They are small enough to be supported by only one pin and sit flush with the wall. They can be decorated on the outside with some paint. The rounded lids act as magnifiers for whatever you have inside. I put a beehive in one. A charm in another, and a piece of polished iron from my first pour in the other. Great way to add an interesting and elegant decoration. Enjoy!

really the only thing I miss about having normal hair is being able to scratch my head really good. If I have an itch now it is so hard to really reach it.

It has been quite a while since I posted anything so I guess it is time for an update. Danny and I are still doing really great. I miss him more than I thought possible, but we try to see each other at least once every two weeks. I know a lot of people have it way worse off with the long distance,but this still feels like hell.

The weather has been unrealistically beautiful the past few days. Today I raked the entire yard and planted my geraniums. I also planted sunflowers, snapdragons, and like 4 other types of flowers that I can't remember the names of right now(haha) in started pots. I am really excited for them to get growing and be transplanted in the ground. Especially the sunflowers. You can not be sad looking out a window and seeing sunflowers smiling back at you. Lauren and I are also going to dig up about half of the yard and plant a huge vegetable garden. We have to get a tiller though. Whenever we get one of those we can get started. I am very excited to have my own garden again. Our backyard is going to be like a mini paradise this spring and summer.

Michael's is going well. Nothing too exciting on that end. Just ringing up peoples purchases. I did get offered a full time position as customer experience manager, but I am not going to take it. I mean it would be a good job, but the only reason I'm in Corning is so I can work at the museum and blow glass. If I quit that, then I might as well leave and go live with Danny. Also, I am not planning on staying here that long so I do not want to make a big commitment to the store and waste their time training me just to have to replace me in a few months. It is still pretty sweet that they think I am doing that good of a job after only being there about 3 weeks, to offer me a management position.

I hate everyone. Seriously people are such ass holes.grrrrr

I really wish my income tax check came in 3 days ago when it was supposed to.... then again there is no guarantees with that shit ever! I'll probably get it in July.
