Today I got my wisdom teeth out. I was freaking out about it this entire week, and it wasn’t that bad at all! I didn’t get anesthesia, I only did novicane and I took a Xanax before my appointment. They gave me a little laughing gas, it felt great. It stings a little now but nothing I can’t handle. I’m very proud of myself for not backing out or freaking out.

Today I made a dairy free cheesecake dip! Being lactose intolerant means that a lot of the good stuff most people get to enjoy I have to pass on 😩 My husband and I are going to a house welcoming party tonight and this is my go to dish for any party! It’s the perfect amount of sweetness and you can pair it with absolutely anything!

Ingredients: Blueberries (of course!)

Graham crackers

Vegan cream cheese

Confectionary sugar

I never measure anything out for this recipe, I just kind of wing it ☀️ you can make it however sweet you want, it at all!

I think today was a successful hiking trip! We went swimming and hiked part of Salmon River before we had to head home! Can’t wait to conquer the rest of it 🌱💪

Today I took THE NAP. The one where you’ve been in the sun all day, you’re sweaty so you take a shower, and then you get under clean, soft sheets. It was the first nap like that of the season and it was magical 🌱 now to sit on the deck with a good book before bouncing off to work!

A Good Day

Today I mowed the lawn and did yard work.

Today I walked my dogs and went to the grocery store.

Today I baked brownies and took a small nap.

Today I felt the breeze blow through my hair and I sat outside.
