Splitter 😮 ---------- ☆》@LiveClimbExplore《☆ ---------- #LiveClimbExplore ---------- Reposted from @laura__capps - Does anyone else just start drooling when they see a perfect 160 foot splitter like this??? Or say, “gee I can’t wait to shove all my body parts in there until they are swollen and bleeding?” Crack climbing is painful but weirdly addictive. My first trip to Indian Creek was 10 years ago and I was very green. I remember thinking, “this hurts! Why am I even doing this??” My technique was terrible and my hands would swell up to be the size of softballs after 1 day! It has taken some time to refine my technique. I’m still learning, as each different size of the crack has its own nuances and subtleties. I really strive to be a well rounded climber so that my “toolbox” is big and full and so that I’m ready in all situations in climbing. I think areas like Indian Creek really help with that. I’m thankful we aren’t too far from this magical place! 📷: @kevin__capps https://www.instagram.com/p/B478mhFDThL/?igshid=1a36l3w3ctktf
