Random aside but I still can't get over Dean and Satan in bed with Cas and Dean just

"we're the true holy trinity"

and Satan being so beyond excited realizing he's right and announcing "A yes, Father (pointing to himself), Son (pointing to Dean), and the Holy Spirit (points to Cas" and just laughing

it's such a fucking silly memory that doesn't come out as silly aloud but his gleeful face and Dean's shy but proud grin with Cas being the awkward but cuddly third party just along for their random bullshit ride

the amount of effort just to get a white base for his face, and I don't even know if I have a good base

this is going to be one hell of an effort to bring alive without suddenly needing to learn how to actually just draw this

I'll just deal with it and start to work on marking out the black parts, might do more than one 'mask design' so I can find the one that feels most correct for him

while I'm listening to Dean's boy, I'm slowly trying to photoshop a photo of Dean into his paint

slowly living through Dean's specific versions of events has been quite a trip and it brings me to want to see it physically in some ways

here's the so far, because this is a permanent appearance of my Dean, as make up can always be removed but not his eye. He wears a contact most of the time sure to hide it but this is what he looks like within the year from meeting his Papa

all those people who say with Photoshop the program does all the work for you and you just hit buttons, holy fuck are they lying pieces of shit

I basically have to carefully paint his eye myself, no fancy layer with an effect. manually doing everything which makes me worried about what I have to do for the paint itself

but I'm going to do this, I want (need?) to see what I feel in the mirror in some real tangible way I can share and show others. The religious roller coaster this guy has gone through, and I along with him just I need this out of me and out about for others

I just wanna say this for myself but being in the Dean body is so fucking powerful and overwhelming sometimes

we're not different enough to like completely personality clash as I filter through him, but it's still enough differences especially with how intense his life experiences are compared to mine it's holy fucking shit

when he has emotional moments they are so drastic from mine

when he remembers all the shit he went through, it's so overwhelming because the different stuff is so drastic and extreme than mine

it's like i feel like some normal person who walked into an action movie protag when through him, which isn't quite true

i just never dealt with anothing supernatural and that's what he deals with and it means his experiences are so jarring from dealing with humans only

and when something happens to him it's a much more profound experience

and his religious takes are so different from my own it makes me question everything

and i wish i could put into words his religious beliefs because it's so powerful where he is that it does backfeed and effect me

I'm just some Buddhist guy and then I'm filtering that being backfeed in some guy who considers demonic and angelic as equals and wishing to be consumed in some weird holy-unholy fusion of devotion and it's like holy fuck I don't have a reference point for this but it's so powerful how hard he beliefes
