How can you not at least respect donald trump for stepping up to the plate as a non politician even and spending his own damn money to run for president. He could have continued to live carelessly in a world of luxury and instead he chose the most stressful job in the world because he realizes we’ve dug a hole so deep we may never get out. Through that, I see a man who cares about his country and I’m still sighing in relief that he’s our president and not hillary.

I do not feel my voice is "not heard" because I am a woman. I do not feel I am not provided opportunities in this life or in America because I am a woman. I do not feel that I "don't have control of my body or choices" because I am a woman. I do not feel like I am " not respected or undermined" because I am a woman. I AM a woman. I can make my own choices. I can speak and be heard. I can VOTE. I can work. I control my body. I can defend myself. I can defend my family. There is nothing stopping me to do anything in this world but MYSELF. I do not blame my circumstances or problems on anything other than my own choices or even that sometimes in life, we don't always get what we want. I take responsibility for myself. I am a mother, a daughter, a wife, a sister, a friend. I am not held back in life but only by the walls I choose to not go over which is a personal choice. Quit blaming. Take responsibility. If you want to speak, do so. But do not expect for me, a woman, to take you seriously wearing a pink va-jay-jay hat on your head and screaming profanities and bashing men. If you have beliefs, and speak to me in a kind matter, I will listen. But do not expect for me to change my beliefs to suit yours. Respect goes both ways. If you want to impress me, especially in regards to women, then speak on the real injustices and tragedies that affect women in foreign countries that do not that the opportunity or means to have their voices heard. Saudi Arabia, women can't drive, no rights and must always be covered. China and India, infantcide of baby girls. Afghanistan, unequal education rights. Democratic Republic of Congo, where rapes are brutal and women are left to die, or HIV infected and left to care for children alone. Mali, where women can not escape the torture of genital mutilation. Pakistan, in tribal areas where women are gang raped to pay for men's crime. Guatemala, the impoverished female underclass of Guatemala faces domestic violence, rape and the second-highest rate of HIV/A.

Death Penalty - Why do they deserve to live after killing someone innocent? War - We’ll all have a different views for dealing with the evils of the world, but I’d rather attempt to handle the situation before letting radical and violent groups murder and suppress their people. 10 Guns - I have more. Some for recreation, others for defense. You can own a baseball bat, which could be used to bash someone’s head in. You use knives to cook and eat, but you could stab someone to death. Abortion - Always Pro-choice in all rape and medical circumstances. I am actually pro choice in the early weeks too, though I believe you are a shitty person for using abortion as a form of “birth control”. (Were you really that lazy to use a condom?) However, I am firmly against it later in the pregnancy. Give it up for adoption.  Confusing? Maybe to those who only see black and white. The gray areas exist.

To those who burn the American Flag and threaten to run away to other countries : Those in government should NEVER have an effect on your love for your country. You should never be disloyal to the land. Our veterans served and died for the LAND and her people, not for whoever was in power. They died and protected ALL OF US AMERICANS. No matter who they were or what their backgrounds or beliefs were. The ultimate act of selflessness. How small minded are those who do not realize this? How childish and foolish. Never forget of how spoiled we are to live here. Few countries have the freedoms or lax rules for their people like we do. Nor do many countries offer all the special & free handouts given like ours does. If you want to continue to throw a tantrums, remember that you are NOT making your point. You are NOT convincing anyone to see your side of things. You are stirring up hate and further dividing this country. There have been and will again be those on all levels of government that you will dislike or worry about, but this is the part where you have to be an adult. What specifically do you think that leader will do to harm you personally? For example, you may be concerned you'll be poor somehow? Start saving your money now and possibly get another job. Don't spend money going out all the time or material items that you really don't need. Do food planning so your house is decently stocked with prepared meals. Drink less alcohol, smoke less. It's really just that easy. That's just an example. Be smart enough to find solutions and have ideas of how to handle any possible situation. Don't just lose your mind and make wild assumptions about how the next 4yrs will go. Stand by your fellow AMERICAN, no matter what their political views are, what class they are in, what race they are, what religion they believe in, who they love, or what team they root for. If you claim to be open minded, DO NOT attack someone else because they have different beliefs than you. It is hypocritical and disturbing. If you hate someone for their differences, then YOU are the problem and the one tearing this country apart. I love my country, even if I don't always like the leaders, or even the people for that matter. I will not take the faults of the people out on the land itself. It is a a part of us all and we should focus on how to protect it and how to join the people together who live here too. We need to heal and learn to accept each other. This is our home and we need to take the time to focus on fixing it. It's like recovering from a broken heart or from hitting rock bottom. You need to close yourself off from others to learn to love yourself again, before you can love someone else again.
