March, 23rd - 2026
These progress pics were taken on March, 15th - 2026 for my 6 years and a half of working out.
Kinda lagged on them and with making an update post too but need to make sure I do these since I really want to track my 2nd journey of working out and I didn’t do that my 1st go around and want so memories this time around.
Honestly, looks like the work is paying off cuz I’m seeing a difference and even get comments from coworkers and the boies, so glad about that haha!
Fucked up my ankle from ice skating last week so can’t really do my usual routine so I’ve been kinda improvising as of late.
Kinda thinking of incorporating isometric training to get freaky strong into my training routine. Just have to look more into it but I have some ideas on what I want to do already.
My grip has gotten so much better thanks to the finger grippers I’ve been using. I’ve really noticed the huge improvement in strength and with my other lifts.
Getting so close to the 100lb dumbbells. Can gey 95’s for 5x3 and it feels good. Want to get into OHP work again but still thinking if I want to switch over yet or not.
Pulls ups are now at 2plates/90lbs. Want to get it at 100lbs and go from there about switching it up.
Stopped boxing and idk if I’ll go back cuz my knuckle on my middle finger was giving me a bad pain and it might be the tendon so might be done for awhile now. Might go over to grappling then cuz I don’t want to fuck up my hands especially the tendons.
Can’t really think of anything else to say just want to keep going at it day by day and week by week. And see how much bigger and stronger I can get. Maybe soon hopefully average my weight in the 160’s.
