These are essentially Photoshop versions of some templates I've created previously on Canva, with some tweaks, as well as a number of totally new creations and layouts. SENTATE - The Core Collection

When it comes to working out, my sims always complain they have nothing to wear. So I decided it was finally time to try my hand at something a little different!

The Core Collection was inspired by a mix of gym, loungewear and those influencers that like to pose in carparks for some reason. I wanted the vibe of the set to feel very 'Off-Duty', with cozy layering and mix and match seperates to perfectly capture your sim's style whether heading to the gym... or walking straight past it.

THE SIMS 3 STORE PRE-INSTALLED

Today marks 25 years of The Sims. Since EA forgot TS3 exists, I’m releasing the entire The Sims 3 Store as an Anniversary Gift. It's all pre-installed and works flawlessly!

It comes with all available fixes and collection folders I’ve personally created for every set. You'll get over 5000 new Buy/Build and CAS items, 11 new worlds, and tons of new gameplay!

INSTRUCTIONS

Go to "Documents/Electronic Arts" and rename the "The Sims 3" folder (or move it).

Create a new folder and name it "The Sims 3" (or whatever the name is in your language).

Extract the contents of the ZIP file in "The Sims 3." Now launch the game.

You'll have to adjust your setting again. Don't forget to disable the in-game Store so you don't get duplicates.

Quit the game. Copy the "Saves" folder from the folder you have previously renamed. You can also copy your Mods and CC in package format.

CAUTION

Never copy over or overwrite the DCCache folder.

If you have content installed through the Launcher (Sims3Pack), you'll have to reinstall it.

I strongly recommend you don't install things through the Launcher from now. It already has a lot of content and it is a known fact the Launcher becomes more and more unstable the more content it has to handle.

Since the entire Store has been decrapified, if you want to install lots or world that contain Store content, you'll have to decrapify those too using MATY's TS3 Recompressor.

I had a report that there was an invisible top in CAS. It doesn't seem to have a CASP resource so it shouldn't cause any issues (like being assigned to a random Sim). It's best to avoid it or hide it or blacklist it using NRaas mods. Do NOT try to save the game while your Sim is "wearing" this invisible top.

UPDATE #1: MARCH 2025

Added some missing content: the Mother Russia CAS Set and the Cool Chap Cap that was given as a secret bonus item in the "Make Me an Offer" page. If there's something else missing, please let me now.

Now NRaas MasterController and the Cheats and Integration modules are included in the pack. This version NRaas MC comes with CAS Compact Mode enabled by default. This should fix the issue of blank/invisible CAS items and also speed up the loading of CAS items. Keep in mind, these mods aren't compatible with Lazy Duchess' Smooth Path, but you can have both. Her mod will automatically disable the fast loading of CAS items.

after downloading the figma app and logging in, all you would need to do is just open the file provided.

after doing sO, it'll prompt you to import the file into space. choose whichever one works out for you.

Henford Cathedral - a no cc wedding venue.

i built this for my own gameplay, as i felt there wasn't enough cathedral style wedding venues out there rn - especially not the type you'd find in ireland.

i was heavily inspired by of course, old english & irish catholic churches. i'm not religious as an adult, but as a child i spent many primary school trips to these owl venues lol. i tried to make it feel romantic while also keeping the original vibe of an old church.

i playtested the aisle & the bar area - the welcome wagon showed up so i forgot to do the rest lol. this is also built with funerals in mind, hence the mini graveyard out back. in ireland, we drink & dance after a funeral - incase u thought the bar & dance floor was inappropriate... not round here partner.

New Lot Traits : Use Residential Rentals shared areas as Community Lots

Hi everyone ! 🤗

Over the last few days, I've been working on a project that seemed necessary to bring a little life to some of the residential lots I've built: using shared spaces as community lots, to give my residents access to a bar, cafe, or whatever, without going through a loading screen, while bringing a little more life to these spaces.

I know that LittleMsSam had already made a mod allowing you to always have NPCs on any lot, but what I also needed here was to have visitors, who would use the objects placed on the lot as expected. To this end, I created 5 traits:

🍵 Brewed Delights: the lot functions as a café (if there's an Espresso Bar) or a Thrift Shop (if there's a Bubble Tea stand). It's open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

🍕 Meals on the Go: the lot automatically hires stall vendors (up to 2 stalls) and/or a cafeteria server (using University's Cafeteria Station) for lunch and dinner.

🍸 Drinking Spot: the lot functions as a bar (if there is a bar in the shared spaces). This also includes karaoke if a machine is present. It's open from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m.

🧩 Fun Zone: the lot automatically brings in children and teenagers to enjoy the on-site facilities (outdoor or indoor games) from 10am (weekends)/5pm (weekdays) to 9pm.

🏥 Care Facility: this lot takes car of its tenants by offering them all the comforts they need on a daily basis: a catering services (using University's Cafeteria Station), care and visits from the loved ones.

Additional stuff :

The traits are located under lot challenges. You need to configure them for each unit separately.

Those traits work on Residential Rentals and community lots. I had to modify all autonomies so that visitors only use objects in the shared areas.

Among visitors, neighbors living on the same lot are used to populate the shared areas, in addition to the other tasks they normally perform.

If the lot trait Private Dwelling is used, only NPCs will be included, and visitors will be limited to Sims from other units. I use this feature, for example, to have a bar in my hotel!

In the current configuration, I favor played sims for visitor groups (not for single visitors). I'll have to see how I adapt this, as it's the most relevant in my way of playing, but I could change this setting.

A Janitor NPC is included except for the Fun Zone, to clean up any leftover glasses and plates at the end of service. I wasn't able to limit them to the shared areas entirely, so they may also clean your active family's home.

The mod should require some expansions packs, at least For Rent, Get to Work, Get Together, University, High School Years.

At the moment, translated in french and spanish only (it's very limited in terms of strings used)

List of altered tunings : I tried to limit myself, and in the future I plan to use the Lot 51 Core Library for most of them, but it seems at the moment the injection of static commodities doesn't work that well :

eat_to_clean_from_sit: to make visitors' dirty plates and glasses disappear like on a community lot - otherwise your lots would be a mess after 1 day! It doesn't work 100%, but it helps. As a side effect, this effect also applies to your sims if you have the lot trait, which means less dishes!

bubbleTeaCounter_PushOrderDrink_Autonomous & bubbleTeaCounter_PushOrderFood_Autonomous: to add the static commodity that makes visitors route to them when they are spawned on the lot. I doubt other mods affect those, so it should be ok!

Everything and Nothing, All at Once : a makeup set

Hello again guys! I know that this post is kinda coming out of left field but when I was making my berry founders it occurred to me that I have a lot of makeup that I’ve been hoarding because I didn’t want to release it yet or I felt like it wasn’t ready or I just wasn’t sure when the time was right to post it. 

And, well, I’ve decided the time is right. So, I’m releasing all this stuff as a grab-bag / thanks for 50+ followers (even tho we’re nearing 70 now) gift / someone requested I upload my founder rejects and they’re using all this makeup so this needs to get released before they do, kind of thing

santal - a skin blend for TS3

I blended Ephemera’s Fresh skin on top of Buffy's V4 skin to give it some more detail and realism.

This is extremely similar to my Gardenia skin, except the details and shading around the eyes and nose are slightly different. I guess it looks more matte and muted, less glowy overall? It would be redundant to have this one and Gardenia both installed, you'll barely be able to tell the difference.

Maybe you'll like it idk I'm just uploading this for @sim-songs tbh. 💗

Buffy's V4 skin was the first default skin I used hardcore when I first started playing TS3 on pc years ago. I really just wanted to make this blend for old times' sake. You can still get the original here if you want a more maxis match look.
