Girlfriend Red of hearts
Notes; gender neutral, Headcannons,
Girlfriend Red of Hearts who...still carries that quiet guilt from changing the timeline, so she becomes almost hyper-vigilant about your safety, If anyone so much as looks at you wrong, her eyes narrow and that calculating glare comes out. She’ll handle it herself quietly, cleverly, and permanently if needed
Girlfriend Red of hearts who...Around almost everyone she keeps the sharp tongue and rebel edge but With you she drops it.Late at night she’ll rest her forehead against yours, voice low, and admit things she’d never say out loud otherwise
Girlfriend Red of hearts who....refuses to take out the left-side hoop no matter how formal the event and When you kiss her, she tilts her head just enough so it doesn’t dig into you she’s practiced that angle
Girlfriend Red of hearts who...only let's you touch her hair, She’ll sit between your legs while you carefully undo the space buns, and she’ll lean into your hands like she’s starving for the contact
Girlfriend Red of hearts who...teaches you how to slip out of curfews, forge signatures, and talk your way past guards In return she lets you teach her how to actually enjoy the softer, kinder version of Wonderland without constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop
Girlfriend Red of Hearts who...doesn't throw fits when jealous, She just gets very still, very polite, and very focused and Later she’ll pull you somewhere private, press you against a wall, and remind you exactly who you belong with usually with a smirk and a soft “Mine."
Girlfriend Red of hearts who...will disappear and come back with something small but meaningful, she won't explain but you know she cares
Girlfriend Red of hearts who...will wear the tailored red and black looks and the formal tiara for family events, but the second you’re alone she peels off the polished layers and climbs into one of your hoodies
Girlfriend Red of hearts who...practices patience with you and how to be gentle especially when shes overwhelmed and needs someone
Girlfriend Red of hearts who...doesn’t do grand romantic gestures easily, Instead she shows up, if she says she’ll be there, she is. If she messes up, she owns it immediately and fixes it, That hyper-focused personal accountability she developed after the time travel becomes the steadiest part of the relationship
Girlfriend Red of hearts who...rarely says "I love you" First but when she does its usually after a long day and then she kisses you like shes afraid you'll disappear
Chloe charming as your girlfriend
Notes:Headcannons, gender neutral s/o for her, fluff + angst
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...plans first dates down to the minute from the reservations, walking routes to the conversation topics but gets flustered if the other person casually suggests changing anything. Once she trusts them, she’ll let them “mess up” the schedule on purpose and secretly love the freedom.
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...love language is acts of service and physical comfort and it shows up immediately, she will bring you tea, a blanket and sit close enough her shoulder presses into yours until your breathing matches her
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...holds her breath before every date the same way she does before leaving her dorm, if you notice and gently squeeze her hand, she exhales and the perfect posture softens for the rest of the night
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...Physical comfort is her biggest weakness, Brushing a curl out of her face, resting your chin on top of her head while she’s in oversized lounge clothes, or simply holding her while she doesn’t have to be “on” melts every wall she built
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...still steps between you and any judgmental stares without thinking then looks slightly embarrassed afterward because she realizes how protective she just got
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...overthinks whether she’s “enough” when she’s not being the cheerful, reliable one, Quiet reassurance that you like the messy, tired, imperfect version of her is the fastest way to make her tear up
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...softens her black-and-white moral rules for you faster than for almost anyone else, Past mistakes or complicated backgrounds stop mattering once you’re in her inner circle she just wants you safe and cared for
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...After a long day of being the perfect princess, the first thing she does is change into soft, oversized clothes and lean her full weight against you, That moment of not having to hold herself up is sacred
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...Acts of service go both ways once she lets herself receive them, Having someone brush her hair, fix her fencing-practice calluses, or simply notice she’s drowning under pressure feels more intimate than grand romantic gestures
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...Deep down she worries that if she stops being the rock, you’ll leave and needs reassurance and love
Girlfriend Chloe Charming who...Protective mode activates hard if you’re the one having a rough time, She will cancel her own carefully planned evening, bring snacks, and use that bright authoritative presence to shield you until you feel steady again

Ofcc here you go lovely
The Hatter sister
Notes; Max sister reader x Hazel Hook, Req for more Hazel, Added some of my Hazel hook character Headcannons, wlw, making out, a little bit of angst, Pink is readers best friend, use of Y/n,
Y/n Hatter, sister to Max Hatter had completely caught Hazel Hooks attention the minute they met. She noticed everything like how you and pink were best friends basically inseparable, how Max secretly really cared for you even if he treated you like both a liability and secret weapon.
The first real conversation happened after Max introduced you two, The smee twins were behind her as usual and like always Hazel barker orders without even looking at them, then muttered under her breath when she thought no one could hear. You were sitting with Pink, sharing a stolen tart. Pink waved, hazel’s gaze slid to you and stayed.
“You’re the sister,” she said, walking over, The golden hook rested against her hip like jewelry that could still cut. “Max talks about you like you’re the only person on this island with a functioning brain.”
“High praise from him.” “He also said you’re best friends with the sugar-rush princess.” Hazel jerked her chin at Pink. “Does that mean you actually like the sweet stuff, or do you just tolerate it?”
Pink beamed “She loves my cupcakes. Don’t let her pretend otherwise.” You didn’t deny it, Hazel’s mouth twitched. Max appeared behind her like he’d been waiting for the perfect entrance, purple leather gleaming, top hat tilted. “See? You're bonding. I told you she’d be useful.” Hazel shot him a look that could have stripped paint. “I don’t need useful. I need people who don’t fold the second things get hard.” You met her eyes. “Then test me.” which She did.
It started with sparring, Hazel didn’t go easy. She used the hook to catch your wrist, to lift your chin when you got too close, the metal cool and deliberate against your skin. The first time she did it, something electric shot down your spine, she noticed. “You’re not flinching,” she said, voice low “Most people do.”
“I’m not most people.” She held your gaze a second longer than necessary, then released you with a soft click of metal. “Good. Stay that way.”
Afternoons turned into evenings. You started showing up when she drilled the Smee twins, watching her bark and then, when she thought no one was looking, she'd do subtle caring acts, She caught you watching once and scowled.
“I don’t care about them.” “Sure.” “I don’t.”
You just raised an eyebrow, She muttered something about “people with brains” and turned away, but her ears were pink under the crimson streaks.
Max watched from the sidelines with that sharp, knowing smile of his, the one that said he was already three moves ahead and finding the whole thing entertaining. “Shes nicer to you than with anyone else,” he told you one night while the two of you sat on the roof of the old warehouse they used as a meeting place. His purple hair caught the moonlight. “Don’t let her hear me say that.”
“She’s not soft.” “No. But she wants someone who can take the sharp edges without bleeding out. That’s rarer than she pretends.”
The first time the guard slipped was after Luis Madrigal got under her skin again which turned into voices clashing and pride on the line. Hazel won, the victory tasted like ash, she found you on afterward and her shoulder were tight and fidgeting with her hook and you two got to talking.
“You only have yourself to rely on,” she said, repeating her father’s lesson like a mantra “That’s what he taught me. Absolute truth.” You sat beside her, “You don’t believe that as much as you want to,” you said quietly, She turned on you, eyes flashing. “Don’t analyze me.” “I’m not. I’m just here.”
It was silent then so soft it almost disappeared “My father never looked back once he decided someone wasn’t worth the effort. I keep waiting to do the same. It never sticks with the people who matter.” You didn’t push, you just stayed, After a long minute she let her shoulder rest against yours you noticed the leather of her jacket was warm, and how The golden hook rested carefully away from your side.
She walked you back to your dorm, once she reached the door she reached up with the hook, the metal tracing the line of your jaw before lifting your chin the way she always did deliberate, practiced, meant to be menacing but This time it lingered. “Don’t look at me like that,” she murmured “Like what?” “Like you see past the armor.”
You leaned in the fraction of an inch she allowed, “Maybe I do.” She kissed you first it was sharp and certain, tasting of salt and the berry-dark lipstick she wore, It wasn’t soft, It was a challenge and a claim all at once. Your hands found the edges of her leather sashes hers curled into the fabric of your shirt, The hook stayed careful against your collarbone, cold metal warming slowly against your skin.
When you broke apart she looked almost startled by herself “This is a bad idea,” she said “Probably.”
“I’m still going to do it again.” You smiled. “Good.”
The relationship built in layers of friction and quiet care, She bossed the Smee twins with extra volume whenever you were around, then later admitted she had a color coded chore chart hidden under her bunk. You found the soft velvet scraps she kept for decompression days and didn’t comment, you just started leaving a new piece folded neatly beside them when you could. She never said thank you, She just stopped hiding them when you were in the room.
Pink was ecstatic and slightly terrifying in her support “You’re good for her,” she whispered once, eyes bright. “She smiles with her eyes now. That’s new.”
Max remained the self-appointed guardian of the unspoken rule. He never said the words either, He just glared at Luis with extra venom whenever the other boy pushed too hard during their verbal sparring matches.
Hazel still instigated arguments with Luis for “psychological training.” You watched one from the sidelines and afterward she found you, breathing hard, eyes bright with residual adrenaline. “He’s so easy to wind up,” she said, almost laughing, Then the laugh faded, “You’re not. That’s… different.” You reached for her hand, She let you lace your fingers together “Different can be good.”
She lifted your joined hands and subtly stroked your knuckles, a private gesture "I'm still figuring it out how to trust it" she admit and you smiled lightly "I know..And I'll be right by your side as you do"
The first real argument came on a foggy cloudy day, Hazel had been sharp all day and if you asked what's wrong she shut down hard. “You don’t get to dig,” she said, voice cold “No one does.”
“I’m not digging. I’m asking because I care.”
The word hung between you. Her face went carefully blank “Caring is a liability. He taught me that.” “And you’re not him.” Something cracked, She turned away, shoulders rigid “I have to be. Otherwise what’s the point of all this?”
You didn’t chase, You sat beside her and waited and After a long time she came back, golden hook hanging loose at her side “I’m scared of the open water,” she said, so quiet it was almost lost “Ironic, right? Pirate’s daughter. I prefer docks. Anchored ships. Things that stay put.” You held out your hand, She took it, “I only trust myself,” she repeated, but this time it sounded like a question
“You don’t have to. Not with me.”
She kissed you then it was slow, deeper, the edge of desperation softened by something warmer, Making out while the fog pressed against the cracked windows, her leather jacket discarded, your hands in her hair, the golden hook braced carefully beside your head so it never scraped. She was all intensity and careful control, guiding, tasting, letting the sharp humor fall away until there was only heat and the quiet sound of breathing.
When you finally pulled back she rested her forehead against yours “I still don’t know how to do this without waiting for the other shoe to drop.”
“Then we figure it out one day at a time.” She nodded once. “Stay tonight.” and You stayed.
Weeks blurred into a rhythm. You usually spent Mornings with Pink and cupcakes and strategic planning sessions that somehow always ended with Hazel stealing the last tart and pretending she hadn’t. Afternoons you spent sparring and schemes, the competitive fire still there but banked lower when you were near. Evenings you had quiet conversations with her shoulder against yours, the occasional lift of your chin with the hook that had become less intimidation and more intimate punctuation.
One night Max found you two out after curfew, Hazel arm around your waist and her book resting against your hip “Took you long enough,” he said.
Hazel didn’t look away from the horizon. “Shut up, Hatter.” But there was no real heat in it.
Later when he had left and it was just you two and quiet, she turned to you fully “I’m not good at the soft parts,” she admitted “But I’m trying. For you.”
You kissed her slow, thorough, the kind of making out that said everything the words still struggled with. Her hands mapped your back under your shirt, yours traced the line of her jaw, the edge of the piercing, the warm skin beneath the leather.
She made a low sound against your mouth that you felt more than heard, When you finally broke for air she kept you close, forehead to forehead, “You only have yourself to rely on,” she whispered, almost testing the old lesson and You brushed your thumb across her lower lip. “Not anymore.”
She closed her eyes for a second then openee them “Stay,” she said again and you did.

Girlfriend Hazel Hook headed
Notes:wlw, fluff, female reader, Headcannons, established relationship, I love her sm
Girlfriend!Hazel who...maps out every date, every late night talk and every quiet moment with bossy ruthless
Girlfriend Hazel who..carefully chosen gifts that prove she’s been studying you harder than any rival, even when she pretends it's nothing, the soft flush under her smoky eyeliner gives her away every time she watches your reaction.
Girlfriend!Hazel who...uses her golden hook with deliberate, teasing intent the second you’re alone, casually tipping your chin up so she can look you in the eyes and deliver some sharp, sarcastic one-liner but will also melt into quieter, almost vulnerable “you’re mine, got it?” She never does it in front of others unless she wants the world to know you’re claimed, but in private the gesture becomes pure affection, followed by a rare, genuine smile that cracks her carefully built armor.
Girlfriend!Hazel who..struggles with the concept of relying on someone else because her father’s lessons are carved into her bones, yet she slowly starts testing the idea with you. Late at night, when the facade of ruthlessness slips, she’ll sit on the edge of your bed in a oversized shirt and quietly admit she hates how much she needs your presence. She still insists “I only have myself,” but her hand finds yours under the covers and stays there until morning, refusing to let go first.
Girlfriend!Hazel who...gets fiercely competitive over the smallest things once you’re officially hers like who can braid the other’s hair faster, who can steal more kisses during a movie, who can make the other blush harder in public. She’ll trash-talk you the entire time with that signature sassy mouth, teasing or questioning if you even have a brain when you let her win on purpose, only to immediately reward you with soft, lingering kisses and muttered apologies against your lips when she realizes she went too far.
Girlfriend!Hazel who...secretly softens around you in ways she never does with Max or the twins, letting her empathetic side surface when she notices you’re tired, stressed, or just quiet. She’ll boss the Snee twins into fetching tea or snacks for you without ever admitting it’s for your comfort, then sit beside you, shoulder pressed to yours, and quietly analyze the problem with you until it feels manageable, She strokes your hair with her free hand
Girlfriend!Hazel who...dresses for dates with layered leather sashes, heavy gold belts, sharp makeup, and that polished golden hook gleaming under low light. She loves the way your eyes linger on the contrast of soft blouse ruffles buried under all that hard metal, and she’ll smirk, tug you closer by the belt, and murmur that the armor is only for the rest of the world, With you, she’s slowly learning she can leave pieces of it at the door.
Girlfriend!Hazel who...gets possessive in the most dramatic way possible whenever anyone looks at you too long. She doesn’t raise her voice.she simply steps into their space, hooks her golden prosthetic under their chin the same way she does with you, and delivers a calm, icy warning that somehow still manages to sound polite. The second they’re gone she softens, pressing her taking your hand and grumbling that she is not jealous even as her free hand stays locked around your waist for the rest of the night.
Girlfriend!Hazel who...uses sarcasm as both shield and love language, roasting you mercilessly yet every sharp joke is followed by a quieter truth, she’ll pull you into her lap, rest her chin on your shoulder, and admit she only teases because you’re the one person who’s never let her down, and that terrifies her more than any enemy ever could.
Girlfriend!Hazel who...treats physical affection like a carefully controlled weapon until she realizes she can be playful with you, Suddenly the chin-hook becomes a game, the heavy rings on her fingers trail slow patterns along your collarbone, and she’ll catch your wrist mid-argument just to press a kiss to the inside of it. She’s still poised and deliberate, but the confidence turns soft and warm, especially when she discovers how easily she can make you melt with nothing more than a raised eyebrow and a quiet "come here."
Girlfriend!Hazel who...keeps the Snee twins on an even tighter schedule once you’re in the picture, partly because she refuses to let them interrupt her time with you and partly because she secretly wants them to see what healthy loyalty looks like. She still gripes about feeding them and keeping them on task, but you’ll catch her softening when they bring you little gifts or try (and fail) to give relationship advice. She’ll roll her eyes, call them idiots, then quietly thank them later when she thinks you’re not listening.
Girlfriend!Hazel who...finds unexpected peace in the quiet domestic moments she once claimed were boring, Folding laundry becomes a competitive sport she insists on winning,Cooking together turns into her analyzing every step while still letting you taste test from the spoon she holds to your lips with her free hand, She never admits how much she loves the ordinary, but the way she presses her face into the curve of your neck while the two of you stand at the sink says everything her pride won’t let her voice.
Girlfriend!Hazel who...after months of carefully guarded affection, finally stops performing self reliance long enough to tell you the truth in the dark that you are the one exception to every harsh lesson her father ever taught her. She’ll hook your chin up, look you dead in the eyes with that intense, calculating gaze softened by something almost tender, and admit that for the first time in her life she doesn’t only have herself to rely on and that somehow, terrifyingly, she’s okay with it.
A man who yearns, earns
Notes:Fluff, Max Hatter x Alice in wonderland daughter reader, Y/n used, yearning, cute
The grand halls of Auradon Prep buzzed with the usual afternoon energy as students in crisp uniforms hurrying between classes, the faint scent of enchanted roses drifting from the gardens, and the distant laughter echoing from the tourney field. Sunlight filtered through the tall stained-glass windows depicting tales of old heroes, casting colorful patterns across the polished marble floors, Max Hatter found himself navigating a world that both welcomed and unsettled him.
Max adjusted the brim of his signature black top hat, the small pocket watch emblem glinting under the light. He cut an imposing yet charismatic figure, his dark hair with bold purple, framed his oval-shaped brown eyes, which held a sharp intelligence mixed with lingering shadows. He was wearing A theatrical, deep purple leather trench coat designed with a dramatic lapel collar and A vibrant vest paired with a matching tie with Bold green pants tucked into classic black boots.
Y/N, the daughter of Alice herself, The girl who embodied Wonderland's whimsy without its madness. She had inherited her mother's wide-eyed curiosity and gentle grace, with soft features, flowing hair often tied with a blue ribbon reminiscent of her mother's dress, and an aura that made the world seem a little less chaotic. As a student at Auradon Prep, Y/N spent her days exploring the enchanted libraries, tending to the gardens. She was kind, imaginative, and utterly unaware of how deeply she affected Max Hatter.
Their paths had crossed more frequently since the timeline stabilization efforts,But every interaction with Y/N stirred a deep, unspoken longing. He was competitive by nature, loyal to his crew but with her, he felt vulnerable. Intelligent and innovative, Max crafted gadgets and illusions to impress the faculty, yet nothing compared to the flutter in his chest when Y/N smiled at him.
One crisp autumn afternoon, Max found himself in the grand library, pretending to research when in reality, he was watching Y/N from across the towering shelves. She sat at a sunlit table, poring over an old volume of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, her fingers tracing illustrations of tea parties and grinning cats. Her brow furrowed in concentration, a small smile playing on her lips as she murmured something about "curiouser and curiouser."
Max's heart ached with that familiar yearning, Here, in Auradon, with Y/N so close yet seemingly out of reach, he wondered if he could ever be worthy. She was light and wonder, he was the relative of madness, shaped by loss.
"Looking for a riddle to stump the professors again, Max?" Y/N's voice broke through his thoughts, soft and teasing as she glanced up. She had noticed him lingering, as she always did. Her eyes sparkled with genuine warmth, the kind that made his competitive edge soften into something tender.
He stepped forward, flashing that quick witted grin that charmed everyone "Only if it involves a certain Hatter having tea with a curious daughter of Alice?" His voice was charismatic, laced with charm, but beneath it hid the depth of his affection. He wanted to make her laugh, to bridge the gap between his shadowed past and her bright present.
Y/N chuckled, closing her book gently "Tea sounds perfect. The gardens have a new patch of talking flowers very opinionated ones. Care to join? I could use someone who understands Wonderland logic better than most."
Max's pulse quickened, he couldn't shake the pull toward moments like these, simple yet charged with unspoken possibility. He offered his arm in a gallant gesture, his muscular frame moving with surprising grace. "Lead the way, Y/N. Though I warn you, I might insist on being fashionably late."
As they walked through the sun dappled paths toward the gardens, the air filled with the scent of blooming roses and lavender. Students waved at them, Y/n was loved at school because of her sweetness. With Y/N, it was different, she saw beyond the purple streaks in his hair or the eccentric hat, she saw the boy who wanted to be better.
They settled on a wrought iron bench near a cluster of flowers that whispered compliments, Y/N poured tea from a delicate enchanted pot that refilled itself, handing Max a cup with a playful flourish. "One lump or two?"
Max accepted it, his fingers brushing hers for a brief, electric moment, The contact sent a rush through him, a deep yearning to hold on longer, to confess how her presence made the altered timeline feel less like a theft and more like a second chance. "Surprise me. You're the expert"
Their conversation flowed easily, banter about classes, shared stories of family legacies. Y/N spoke of her mother's tales, the rabbit holes and looking glasses that shaped her childhood in Auradon. Max shared fragments of his life building gadgets with his crew, the heartbreak of watching his father choose obsession over family. "I want to break the cycle," he admitted quietly, his brown eyes meeting hers "Be the Hatter who creates rather than destroys."
Y/N's hand rested lightly on his arm, a gesture of comfort that made his heart swell "You're already doing that, Max. Every day here. Your innovations in the tech lab? The way you help the VKs adjust? It's heroic. And charming." Her voice softened on the last word, a hint of her own budding feelings. She admired his intelligence, his resilience.
Days turned into weeks, filled with such encounters. Max would "accidentally" bump into Y/N during her garden duties, offering to help. One evening, as twilight painted the sky in hues of purple and gold, they found themselves lost in the garden as Laughter echoed as they navigated twists and turns, Max's hand steadying Y/N when she stumbled over a root.
"Careful," he murmured, his voice low and protective, Up close, he could see the flecks of curiosity in her eyes, the way her hair caught the fading light. He wanted to pull her close, to whisper riddles only they understood, to build a future where his past didn't haunt them, but he held back, content in the fluff of the moment the shared secret smiles, the brush of shoulders.
"You're full of surprises, Max Hatter," Y/N said, leaning into him slightly as they emerged her tone was light, but her gaze lingered, filled with unspoken affection.
"And you're the best kind of adventure," he replied, his charm masking the depth of emotion. Inside, his heart raced with the desire to be more than friends, He wanted her to see him as the man who chose loyalty, innovation, and love over legacy's madness.
Their bond deepened during a school event, it was the Auradon Masquerade Ball, hosted in the grand hall, Lanterns floated like fireflies, tables groaned under platters of cakes and tarts, and music swirled with fiddles and harps. Max dressed in his full eccentric glory the purple trench coat over a waistcoat, vibrant green pants, black boots, and the tall black top hat with its pocket watch symbol.
Y/N arrived in a dress inspired by her mother's, blue and white with subtle rabbit motifs, a blue ribbon in her hair. She scanned the crowd until her eyes found Max, standing tall and charismatic near the punch bowl, chatting with his crew but clearly distracted.
Their eyes met across the room, a magnetic pull that drew them together on the dance floor. As a slow waltz began, Max extended his hand. "May I have this dance, daughter of Alice? Or shall we riddle our way through it?"
She took it, her smaller hand fitting perfectly in his stronger one, They moved in sync, his muscular frame guiding her with surprising gentleness. The world faded the other dancers, the music leaving just the two of them. Max's brown eyes locked on hers, filled with a tenderness he rarely showed "You've made Auradon feel like home," he confessed softly, voice barely above the melody.
Y/N's cheeks flushed, her heart pounding with reciprocal longing. She had spent nights replaying their conversations, yearning for the moments when his quick wit turned vulnerable, when his charm revealed the loyal, innovative soul beneath. "Max... I see you. The real you. Not just the Hatter's grandson. And I... I like what I see. A lot."
The night turned intimate as they stepped outside to the balcony overlooking the illuminated gardens, Stars twinkled above, and a gentle breeze carried the scent of night-blooming flowers. Max removed his hat, running a hand through his purple-streaked hair "In the altered timeline, I lost everything. Family as it should have been. But meeting you... it's like finding a new map through the madness. I think about you constantly. Your laugh, your curiosity, the way you make Wonderland feel hopeful again."
Y/N stepped closer, her hand resting on his chest, feeling the steady beat of his heart. "I've been wanting for this too. For us. The way you look at me during tea, or when we're exploring... it's more than friendship. You're charming, intelligent, and you make me feel seen. Let's take it slow, but... I want this. You."
Their first kiss was soft, tentative, a meeting of worlds, Max's arms wrapped around her, pulling her close in a warm embrace that spoke of protection and passion held in check.
From then on, their days at Auradon were woven with sweet routines, Morning walks where Max would craft small illusions to make flowers bloom in her favorite patterns. Study sessions in the library that devolved into playful debates over riddles, his hand occasionally covering hers on the page. Afternoons with his crew, where Y/N integrated seamlessly Hazel teasing Max about his obvious heart-eyes, the Smee twins offering hat-making tips.
One weekend, they ventured to the Enchanted Lake for a picnic, Max packed a basket with eccentric touches sandwiches cut into hat shapes, a pocket-watch timer for "tea o'clock." They lounged on a blanket, the water shimmering under the sun, Y/N rested her head on his shoulder, his muscular arm around her.
"I used to resent the timeline shift," Max admitted, his voice thoughtful. "It stole the life I should have had. But now? It led me here. To you." His fingers traced patterns on her arm, sending shivers of affection.
Y/N turned to face him, her eyes soft with love. "And I wouldn't change a thing if it means having you. My charming, innovative Hatter." They were happy, together. Their relationship continues to bloom and grow and they were each other's anchors.
