Four ways to upgrade yourself this summer

The summer heat is encroaching upon us and so its time for some positive encouragement and Doll Desert tips.

1. Everyday head your journal with “This summer is my summer.” Its very important to start your day off with a positive self uplifting manifestation. As you write it, say it aloud. Fill the rest of your page with how physically attractive you are. Before you can flex for anyone else you must first flex to yourself 💕

2. Get you at least one cute pair of pleasers or if you are new to heels/thicker/prefer a little more stability then I strongly suggest that you head over to WhyTwoKayy and get you some of her beautiful clear bottom heels (and to support a black owned business ran by a doll like us). Wearing heels at least once a day will definitely give you a nice confidence boost in your walk and stride. They aid in teaching you to be mindful of the steps you take and to be graceful

3. Get a THONG/GSTRING. And yes, pull it up to the waist line, let it show sis. If you are part taking in the y2k comeback then this will be * chefs kiss * essential to add into your everyday looks. And don’t let your weight/shape stop you from wearing one. I wear mine semi-often and I’m not slim myself (thats me on the right).

4. WEAR LINGERIE UNDERNEATH YOUR CLOTHES. This gives you that sexy sensual confidence that only you know about while you are running errands, at a get together, or even sitting in the office at work. Those invisible confidence boosts are whats going to carry you the most mentally.
