Cardinals, as a gift

in the early evening I was watching a pair of cardinals at our bird feeders and bird bath. they were on the edge of the bird bath for a bit. the male was on one of the feeders for a bit, while the female was splashing her heart out in the bird bath. the male came back to the bird bath and fed her sunflower seeds. then they flew off together. I love them. I’d like to think the female is nesting with some fledglings.

in less than two weeks I read Game Changer, Heated Rivalry, and The Long Game. it was nice to read a book in only a couple days. lately I have been reading non-fiction, and in audiobook format due to eye pain, but these I was able to read as ebooks. my library + Hoopla coming through, no waiting on holds. good stuff.
