@liztalkshifting
your daily reminder!!
(@emilyamaz on tiktok)
Make this year your year with shifting.
This is your reminder that you are in control. If you want to shift, you can just shift.
Your doubts, your fears, your worries? They only mean as much as you allow them to.
You can shift right now. Right this second. You don't even have to close your eyes or stop reading. You can shift exactly as you are now.
Make shifting easy for you this year. Simplify it. Matter of fact, oversimplify it. It can be super complex or super easy. Your call.
2026 is the year of understanding that the only limits are the ones you allow. The niggling thoughts in your brain are just that. Thoughts. They mean nothing unless you allow them to.
Nothing outside of you has any control. Now, I know you might feel as though the lingering thoughts and the doubts that pop into your mind against your will are within you. And sure, they can be. If you let them. So don't. Distance yourself from them. Make them feel like they're coming from an external source.
You have the power. Remember that this year.
Happy New Year, shifters <3
(And if you celebrated Christmas, I hope you had a wonderful time <3)
you! get!! to!!! choose!!!! anything!!!!! you!!!!!! want!!!!!!!
Let's talk doubt.
I often talk about doubts when it comes to shifting, but I tend to frame them as things that exist outside of yourself, thinks that are detached from you by one or more degrees.
While doubts can indeed be as such, they often aren't.
A great deal of the time, they're rooted in emotion, or emotionally charged in some way or another.
When that is the case, it makes it harder to ignore (for want of a better term) or unlearn them. So, income the feelings of frustration, exhaustion, and the idea that shifting - specifically shifting using the law of assumption - is going to be more difficult if not impossible for you.
How did I unlearn my emotion-fuelled doubts?
I acknowledged that they were a part of me, that they were coming from within, and that they were genuine and valid doubts, fears, and concerns.
Acknowledging that they are there and that they are valid was, for me, the first step in relinquishing their power over me, and inevitably unlearning them.
Now, when the doubts pop up, it feels the same as when someone else says something to me.
For example, the doubts questioning if I'm making it all up sound the same as an anti-shifter telling me I'm just dreaming. They feel external, as if they're coming from an entirely different person, someone with a mind closed off to and disbelieving of these things.
After I acknowledged them, I sat with them, meditated on them (I am an avid promoter of meditation for everything life throws at me - in this reality or another), and subsequently came to understand why the emotions attached to the doubts were coming up with them.
We all have difficult days, and it comes to me as a rarity on those days that the doubts are still as emotionally charged as they once were.
When this happens, I (again) acknowledge them, accept their validity, but reject their value, or should I say, their lack thereof.
Even when stemming from the very depths of your emotional core, thoughts only have the power you allow them.
It can be a long road, with ample wondering if you should turn pack or find another path, but it can also be a nice, calm walk down a beautiful path adorned with stunning flowers.
It is ultimately up to you what your experience what manifestation and shifting is.
I know that can be a hard pill to swallow, and it can feel like trying to move an impossibly large and heavy boulder, but it's a truth you have to come to terms with in order to go through it.
If, upon reading this, anyone still has questions or would like a more detailed explanation of what I did, feel free to DM me. That being said, remember that no two people are the same.
You have everything you need. You are the creator of your reality, doubts and emotions be damned. Stop giving them the power. You are the emcee, not the puppet.
Happy Shifting <3
Using the Law of Assumption is not lying to yourself.
Persisting in the assumption / idea that you are something or that you can do something (this account is about shifting, so that's what I'll be referencing in this post, but it can of course apply to anything) is not gaslighting yourself.
It is becoming that thing.
For example, persisting and affirming that you are in your desired reality is not you being deluded, it is you becoming that version of you, it is the act of shifting itself.
Initially, you might feel mildly insane, like what you're doing is a futile exercise bound to get you nowhere but institutionalised. But that's just your attachment (conscious or subconscious) to the 3D in play.
It's ingrained in your mind that the only way something can be real is if it can be seen or felt in front of you. That is not your fault, that's just how society teaches you to think. It's also not final. You can 'fix' that way of thinking with more (yes, I know) persistence.
Keep persisting. Flip your negative thoughts, your doubtful thoughts around.
"I can't shift." -> "I already have shifted."
"This isn't working." -> "I'm thankful this worked so well."
"What if I never shift." -> "I am confident in my ability to shift at will. I know this because I have already done it."
"What if anti-shifters are right?" -> "I'm grateful that I refused to allow others' close mindedness to stop me from experiencing shifting."
See? It's that easy. Do that each time. Then, at some point, you'll realise your thoughts are no longer forming in such a negative manner, and the positive are now the default.
If you want to shift right now, you can. Ah, ah, get that thought that just popped up out of your head. Flip it around. Say it with me this time. If you want to shift right now, you can.
You are the creator of your reality. What you allow is what is real for you. If you allow the belief that shifting isn't real, then it's not real for you. On the other hand, if you allow the belief that shifting is real, then it is real for you.
With that being said,
Happy Shifting <3
the only limits are the ones you allow.
random little shifting pinterest dump because i've been so inactive (all 20 of my followers quaking ik ik) and am too busy for anything else
It is truly so freeing to have whatever life you desire in the blink of an eye solely because you believe. Abandoning society's pessimistic beliefs on what life is has served me greatly.
Don't ignore your shifting symptoms.
I'm sure this comes as digital whiplash, given how often you're told to ignore the symptoms, but that's where I disagree with a lot of other shifters.
Now, I've spoken previously about my beliefs on shifting symptoms and how I believe them to not be symptoms of shifting itself (as shifting is not a physical thing), but rather symptoms of your CR body falling asleep, or perhaps your soul, consciousness, mind, whatever you'd like to call it, detaching from the physical body you have grown so accustomed to that you deem it your 'CR' body. - I also disagree with that kind of terminology unless it's used strategically, as it can reinforce limiting beliefs, but I use those terms for lack of bettered ones. As I've spoken on some of this previously (and will be speaking on the rest of it sooner or later), I'm going to cut to the chase and explain why I think you should not / should not be worried about having to ignore your 'shifting symptoms'.
1. Use your symptoms in reverse: What I mean by this is, manipulate your mindset and use your symptoms to tell yourself they are you attaching to your DR body or symptoms of you arising from slumber in your DR. - You have the power to control the outcome of any situation based in your mind and the way it is set.
2. Acknowledging something is there does not equate to granting it control over you: In the same way I preach acknowledging the 3D is there but disregarding it because your 4D is what truly matters, and only you get to decide what is or isn't real for you, I'm now preaching to acknowledge the shifting symptoms, but give them no jurisdiction over you or your shifting. If you usually have symptoms but don't tonight, acknowledge it but pay it no heed. Same goes for any other variation of that.
Long story short: Your symptoms or lack thereof mean only as much or as little as you allow them to. Paying attention to them does not sway this, and nor does not paying attention to them. Acknowledge and brush away.
Happy shifting my angels!! <3
"Shifting is like playing an instrument."
Shifting isn't complicated.
Yes, yes, I know, you've heard that a million times before, but it's honest-to-god the truth.
Think of it like this: Shifting is like playing an instrument. For this analogy, I'm going to use an acoustic guitar.
When you first see the guitar, it's overwhelming. All the little pieces, the array of strings, etc. etc. You can't get your head around it. You might understand the concept, but you can't fathom how playing it will ever be possible for you.
Then, you read up on it, do your research, and get an idea of how it might be possible for you yourself to play the guitar.
Next thing you know, you're playing your favourite songs with ease, able to strum and fret every song as if the bones of your fingers were melded together with the sole purpose of playing guitar, maybe even teaching others how to play.
That's shifting. Sure, it's not tangible like a guitar, it can't be seen, but it's the same.
You first hear about it and it seems wildly unattainable. You research it and strategise ways to make it doable for yourself. Then, one day down the line, you wake up and realise just how easy shifting has become for you.
You might not be able to get your head around the concept of just how real shifting is, but that doesn't make it any less achievable or any less real.
It's as easy as you make it. It is that simple. It has always been that simple. It will always be that simple.
I'm super exhausted, so this isn't super proofread, but goodnight, and
Happy shifting!!!!
Shifting isn't special.
Yes, you heard me right.
It's not a big deal.
This is just a reality you happen to be in.
You're only confined here if you tell yourself you are.
You can be in any reality, be anyone, any version of you or any version of anyone else.
Yes, that leaves you with infinite possibilities, which can certainly be overwhelming and maybe even make things feel unrealistic.
Chances are, you have shifted before.
Think about it - Are there any memories you have, that you see so clearly in your mind's eye it's as if it was merely yesterday, but someone else who was there that day remembers it entirely differently, or with one or two noticeable differences?
I can't say for certain that you have shifted, I don't know you, but open yourself up to that possibility.
Shifting feels as though it is larger than you, but it is not.
You are larger than it. Your body isn't, but you as a soul or consciousness or whatever you'd like to call it are bigger than it.
If you're afraid of how large a change it is, shift to a parallel. Don't do anything crazy, set your intention, go to sleep, and voila, welcome to a parallel reality. That helps you microdose (for want of a better term) shifting and get a sense of how truly real it is, without the drastic change shifting to your DR might be.
The point here, when all is said and done, is that you are not tied down to any reality. You are not tied down to the body you presently inhabit.
Your soul has no roots. It's not tied down to anything, it's not intertwined with your veins or trapped behind your ribs. It's free to roam wherever you want it to.
Allow it the freedom only you can give yourself and watch the rest follow.
Shifting is for everyone who dares believe, who takes a chance and discards doubt, who takes a leap of faith and therefore live out their dream life (or lives!).
Yes, you are so used to being in this reality it might feel difficult to be in another, but it's not. It's as easy as being here. So, that being said;
Go shift, my lovelies <3
The reason you can't shift is yourself.
Stop, don't freak out.
Read what I have to say before you absorb the 'can't' part of my statement.
I feel like a broken record saying this, but I'm trying to drive it home; It is truly that simple.
There are no limits to what you are capable of. Not even your own doubts can stop you - That is, unless you let them.
That's the key here.
Letting.
What you allow to happen, the thoughts you let coagulate, they are what control your ability or lack thereof.
When you say things like "When I finally shift" you are implementing the idea that it's something in the distance, something you must reach for, rather than something right in front of you, right there in your grasp.
So, stop.
Yes, those thoughts and doubts may very well still creep in from time to time.
But that is all they are: thoughts and doubts.
You can disregard them, acknowledge them as what they are and shrug them off as meaningless, powerless against your constitution, your resolve.
Shifting is as easy as shifting. I know that's not exactly a powerful statement, but it doesn't need to be.
All you have to do is shift. I don't know exactly how to explain it in a simpler way. You don't have to do anything but shift.
You can use methods, meditation or anything else you wish, but they don't make you shift. You do.
You don't need to 'find what works' in order to 'finally' achieve shifting.
It's not something you have to train for. Unlearning limiting beliefs is the only necessary work.
Unlearn them, discard what of them creep in past the dam you build to keep them out.
You can shift and so you will shift.
You can't be 'close' to shifting.
Stay with me here.
This mindset is holding you back. No, it's not stopping you from shifting - nothing has that power but yourself - but it is holding you back.
"I was close to shifting last night." "I felt so close in my shifting attempt last night."
I've already addressed my feelings on the term 'shifting attempt', so I'm going to skim past that one here.
You were not 'close' to shifting. You either shifted or you didn't.
Nine times out of ten, your 'symptoms' are just your body falling asleep. Those symptoms are a part of your 3D. Forget the 3D. It is irrelevant to you shifting.
If you're worried that you haven't had symptoms, or if you're frustrated that you've had symptoms but not actually shifted, stop. Just stop. They don't matter. They mean nothing.
If you want to shift, you might shift.
If you choose to shift, you will shift.
Symptoms be damned. They don't make you closer to your DR.
Either you are in your DR or you are not.
Who makes that call? You do. Nobody but you can decide if you are or are not in your DR, if you have or have not shifted. You are the creator of your reality. Start acting like it.
"Don't be discouraging, I really did feel so close!" There is no close or far. There is only there or not there.
If you spend your time calculating how close you are to your DR, you're wasting time you could be spending actually there.
Yes, everyone has their own shifting 'journey', but journey doesn't mean you have to spend time working towards achieving your goal of shifting. It means learning new things, spending time in different realities, enjoying your life (all of them).
You don't have to spend time trying to shift, checking off boxes, completing tasks to shift. All you have to do is shift. Just shift.
I'm not oversimplifying it. Once upon a time, not too long ago, if someone said these things to me, I would wholeheartedly believe that they were oversimplifying things, that it can't be this easy.
It can. It is. As soon as you choose it, it is that easy.
Change your mindset - the only 'effort' that has to be put into shifting is not the shifting itself, it's the changing your mindset and letting go of beliefs that chip away at your belief and desire when it comes to shifting.
Shifting is as easy as blinking or breathing - an overused cliche, I know, I'm sorry, but it is. Once you release beliefs limiting what you see yourself as capable of, you become unstoppable.
You are truly your own worst enemy. But, you are perfectly capable of being your own best friend. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Challenge the baked in beliefs that have wedged themselves into the grooves of your brain, and then discard of them. Implement empowering and newly baked beliefs in their place.
Go shift, my love. You've got everything you need: Yourself.
Think of shifting as like an exam.
Regardless of how much studying you've done, how much material you have absorbed, most of the time there is still at least a lilliputian doubt.
If you allow that doubt to swallow you up, you'll get lost in it, and when you sit down to take the exam, you'll find yourself floundering and thence failing.
On the other hand, if you set the doubt aside, take a breath and reassess, acknowledge that you know the information and simply just do the exam, you'll pass.
Shifting is exactly like that. If you wallow in the doubt, the 'what ifs' the 'maybe it isn't real' or 'maybe it can't / won't happen for me', you won't shift - or at least it'll become as difficult as eating a meal you're not particularly fond of.
On the flip side, if you set aside the doubt (you can, and I would go so far as to say you should, acknowledge it. Acknowledging its presence and allowing it to control you are two very different things.) There is nothing left stopping you from shifting.
Set aside the doubt and shift. All you have to do is shift. It is truly that easy.
Shifting requires work ONLY because our minds are conditioned by society and social norms to think a certain way and believe certain things.
The doubts in your mind, the unwanted thoughts, the baked in beliefs all only have as much power as you give them. So give them none.
You know about shifting. That is all it takes to be able to shift. Nothing more. Nothing less.
If shifting was an exam, you'd have the material mastered. So, don't allow nerves or doubt to stand in the way of the result you wish to see.
Just. Go. Shift.
Stop trying to shift.
Yes, you heard me right.
Stop trying to shift.
Just shift.
A lot of shifters use this kind of lingo on a casual basis to describe their 'shifting journey'.
A shifting 'attempt' gives the impression (and without impression there can not be perception - without perception, or at least preconceived notions, which are arguably the same, there can not be doubt) that 'failing' is an option. That not shifting is a possibility.
Shifting is not the rolling of dice, nor the flipping of a coin.
With shifting there is only one option.
Shifting.
Put down the tarot cards (no, i don't mean for everything), stop searching up what shifting 'symptoms' mean, stop calling it progress.
I do not say this to discredit the time spent nor do I mean you are wrong. What I mean is simple;
Shifting does not need to be progress dependent.
When someone first begins shifting, they can close their eyes (or, leave them open) and shift just like that. Because it is genuinely that easy.
Yes, societal conditioning and doubt hardwired into our brains can cause a halt, but that is an amber light, not a red one. Ignore it, persist that the thoughts you are choosing are real, that the others (the ones that aren't conducive and are contradicting) are as relevant and reliable as a weird and unfiltered dream.
Insisting and persisting are the key to persuading your mind that something is true. Because it is true.
See? That simple.
All you have to do is shift.
Stop trying, start doing.
A lot of people view shifting as something that happens to them.
They might believe that they will inevitably shift 'one day' or 'when they find what works', but that's it. They don't see it as something they can choose to do.
It comes to them as something they have to work on for a prolonged period before they can accomplish it. This isn't persistence in the way they think it is, nor is it surrendering to the process. Shifting doesn't have to be like a walk along The Great Wall of China.
"I know I'll shift at some point." Why at some point? Why not now? If you know you can shift, why haven't you?
"I hope I'll shift tonight / soon." You hope?
No.
Change your language.
Not just to "I know I will shift" but take it one step further. "I have shifted."
Ignore the niggling doubt in your mind telling you you haven't shifted if you can still see your CR. If you say you have shifted, you have shifted. Allow what is your 4D reality to manifest as your 3D reality, if it isn't instantaneous. The 4D is what determines which reality you are in, not your 3D.
Say it with me, "I have shifted".
Congratulations, you are in your DR.
Happy shifting <3
hii i'm new to shiftblr
well, i've been a lurker for a year now :)
anyway i thought i'd do a little intro for my first post:
name: elizabeth / liz
age: 18
pronouns: she/they
fun facts: i'm a published poet, i'm obsessed with bees, i'm an avid enjoyer of all things spiritual.
other: i've been using the law of assumption for shifting and manifesting for years now. i'm newer to the topic of nondualism.
