School and various things have popped up. Nonetheless, the fanzine is more or less finished, and just going through edits. It should be released by the end of the month.

Lizzy Currenly (non-zine)

Hello all!

You know that I don’t actually comment on manga events on this blog (since it doesn’t have much to do with the fanzine) but I’m honestly quite annoyed and disappointed with the fandom right now. The hate for my main girl is palpable and frankly pretty unwarranted at the moment (I think its never ok to hate on her, but nonetheless...) I’m not sure where this is going. I guess this is my... show of support? What I’m saying is, regardless of any drama in the fandom, my Lizzy love is unparalleled, and I hope that all supporters of the zine could say the same.

Status

Hi everyone! Sorry for the radio silence. As of now, I’m in the process of receiving submissions and have about half of them. I won’t be able to start editing quite yet, and definitely can’t start until around the end of April, what with my exams. But during the summer I’ll have more time, and I’ll aim to have the magazine out before the new term.

Not Really an Update

Just showing that I’m still alive.

I’m sorry I don’t really have anything concrete to preview, but I’m glad to say that I’ve gotten a ton of awesome questions for the Ask Lizzy segment! I may preview some answers for that to make up for the dry spell. Thanks again to everyone following and supporting the fanzine.

Update

It’s been a while, hello ~

Work is chugging along, and the contributors have already started working hard!

But this update is slightly different. I’m calling on all the blog’s followers for help. I’m adding a little segment to the magazine titled ‘Ask Lizzy’. It’s going to be a lighthearted, comedic little bit. I’d like to ask for people to submit questions that ‘Lizzy’ will respond to. Of course, I could just make up some questions, but that’s not the point. I want as many people as possible to contribute to the magazine, in any way that they can! So please go to the quiz I’ve linked Here. (If you want to, of course)
