if lisa could pick anything, it was fun places to vacation, the perfect outfit or a fun place to hang out. if she couldn't pick something, it was men — both of those reasons had contributed to her being here across from chaeyoung in a seoul coffeeshop thumbing through profiles on the newest private dating app for celebrities. as the smell of baked treats and gourmet coffee overtakes the air, what originally began as an earnest glance at who was available and getting chaeyoung's honest opinions had quickly devolved into finding the worst of the worst.

"--ooooof, park joonhwi on the dating apps already?? he just got caught cheating on his fiancé last year! with a co-star! rosie i can't believe this...well i mean, i can, let's be real," lisa ascertained more loudly than intended, her voice elevating a bit too much over the casual jazz playing overhead. "nine months ago...booo, hiss," she added in a softer tone, reusable boba straw fixed between her lips as she looked to chaeyoung with incredulous eyes.

it seemed like it had been ages since lisa had a spare moment to think, let alone drive one of her ferraris over to jisoo's for a dedicated day of relaxation and tea spilling. this would also be her first proper meeting with her baby, precious little youngmi. lisa was already wrapped around her finger from all the photos and memories shared in the blackpink group chat, and the mountain of toys in her cramped backseat was blatant proof of that.

to be fair, she probably could have stopped after the third bespoke labubu, but she was desperate to make a good impression on youngmi. it was of utmost importance that any children the other members had think she's a cool aunt. she was making it a little more challenging by forgoing a more colorful fit in exchange for her favorite celine crewneck tee and some jeans, but this day was as much about relaxing with jisoo as it was spoiling little youngmi.

the gift bags were a struggle, especially as she was also balancing a basket full of face masks and other various spa day items in the other hand, but years of both intended and unintended cardio carried her to the apartment door of one of her four best friends easily enough. she knocked gently, with the consideration that youngmi might have been sleeping, but a sudden "jichuuuuuuu~!" rang out in a melodic voice that even lisa herself wasn't ready for.

the inner circle ie, her blackpink girlies, labelmates and her close industry friends who've seen her at her lowest points due to scandals, betrayals, break-ups etc and therefor know the girl behind the mask.

the people she rebounded with after her breakup with frédéric bc apparently dumping a billionaire will have you feeling yourself !!! this was probably a rotation of fellow idols she tempered the sting of loneliness with, including sapphic hookups ngl 👀

the one that got away, the relationship she somehow always was able to keep secret due to how badly she wanted to protect it, but it just never panned out the way either of them desired be it due to scheduling conflicts, military service, differing lifestyles etc. bonus points for angsty lingering feelings that just won't die.

her partner in crime when she wants to be an escape artist and fly off somewhere exotic, schedules permitting of course. they both have passports constantly itching for stamps.

gaming friends?? being a playstation brand ambassador, lisa is in those gaming lobbies' guts anytime she gets a chance, so i would love this, like, circle of goobers who all sit and yell at each other in korean and a multitude of other languages for throwing 😭

rivals since trainee days maybe? like they've always been pitted against each other since their careers began and sort of played into it subtly which has perhaps led to some real hurt feelings or resentment ooooooo

younger idols she can be all 'okay young grasshopper' with bc she's the big bad (little soft) unnie now who's sort of been there and done that and wants to help the next gen deal with all the bs.
