United Kingdom, 1960: The “Sussex” House

This is a very aesthetically pleasing house oriented to the rear of the lot—no windows in front, but with ample lighting on all other sides. The curved dining room with angled interior wall is interesting, though hardly the most economical use of space! Four bedrooms and one and a half baths are provided.

Center for Spine and Sports. KDV Orthopaedics, York PA. 

Completed in 1993, this project focused on delivering a modern sports medicine clinic with the utmost care and consideration going to the condition of the patient spaces. The project sought to allow the function of spaces to be readily recognized from the exterior, and in turn the spatial qualities of the spaces were hierarchically generated accordingly.
