Bakugo
-Bakugo’s admiration for you comes from your story arc and the resilience of your character. You’ve been through hell and still managed to hold onto who you are as a person, and he finds that admirable. He also finds the caring side of your character endearing
-He knows he’s rough around the edges and not the easiest to get along with, so he likes to imagine you would have the insight to look past all that bravado and see the real him
-If you’re suffering in canon, he fantasizes about how easily he could save you from whatever it is, especially if the side characters are being stupid. You don’t need all those useless extras around you, just him.
-He feels kinda silly for having a crush on a fictional character so he keeps his feelings for you very lowkey. Oh that show? Yeah it’s fine or whatever
-Doesn’t spend a lot of time online so he’s not in as deep as say, Izuku, but I do think he wanders onto tumblr after seeing some…intriguing fanart on another platform.
-Discovers x reader content accidentally, and as much as he wants to turn his nose up at it, he can’t stop reading.
-I can see Katsuki liking headcanons the most, especially the short text posts written by his favorite creators. They make your character feel even more real to him, and gives him something to compare himself to. Eats up the “dating you would include” and domestic headcanons.
-He always wants to know if he’s good enough for you, if you would want him, and the ways you two are alike and different
-On that note, he also likes to read character analyses written by other fans because it brings up things about you he never considered before. Also likes watching edits or music videos about you looking
-Likes to imagine you supporting him or being proud of him after a rough day. Loves the fics where you tend to his injuries or worry about him after he gets hurt.
-Also likes fantasy or royal AUs, soulmates, office AU, arranged marriage, omegaverse, meet cute/ugly, basically any scenarios where you were placed together by an outside force, because he’s not sure he could pull you otherwise. Fate does the heavy lifting for him, and he’ll figure out the rest. Plus, he likes the sappier stuff, he’s a romantic at heart.
-Angst is not his thing unless it’s hurt/comfort and even then the thought of *almost* losing you doesn’t sit well with him.
-He’s a lurker, does not really engage with fandom besides liking and occasionally reblogging his fav posts to come back to them later
-Wasn’t aware of ao3 until seeing a fic rec list on tumblr. Didn’t get a full night’s rest for several days after going through fic after fic under your tag.
-I could see him getting heated over a post that clearly wrote you out of character, and agreeing with any discourse under that post/targeted opinion posts responding to it.
-Reacts the same way to any posts on social media dissing you as a character. He makes a point to dislike any comment calling you lame or a poorly written character. Maybe he won’t comment, but he can’t just sit there and let them slander you!
Izuku
-On some next level stuff, he does not play about you. The others? Nothing compared to Izuku’s level of fanboy
-Doujinshi, commissions, collectible brand collabs, conventions, movie premieres, Izuku has done it all! No one is out-fanning him
-Considered a fandom OG, his blog has been around since your media first came out. Even non-sharer’s know they can’t compete with Deku’s level of dedication, and humbly block him.
-He was a lot more enthusiastic when he was younger, and mellowed out some as he got older. His affection for you grew and matured along with him.
-His blog is a blend of reblogged art work, character analyses, clips and edits, and actual fanfiction, some of which he has created himself
-Will regularly show off his merch hauls. He buys less now that he’s older, but he has a considerable collection of plushies, figurines, keychains, and other collector’s items sitting alongside his All Might collection.
-What drew him to you? It was likely some kind of supernatural or sci-fi show, and he loved your powers and character design, and the way you got stronger through your story arc.
-Reader insert fiend, and leaves very sweet comments in the authors’ notes. Reads a little bit of everything but slowburn and friends to lovers will always have his heart. Particularly fascinated with yandere fics, loves the idea of you being obsessed with him and how this would manifest for your particular character. -Speaking of, he’s a dark content enjoyer bc it lets him explore the depths of his desires in ways he wouldn’t otherwise be able to. Or..he’s just a freak when it comes to you.
-Also likes mundane headcanons, likes to imagine how you would react to certain things in the ‘real’ world.
-Has multiple playlists dedicated to you and listens to them when working out or grading papers (and daydreaming about you)
-Doesn’t like fandom discourse yet inevitably finds himself getting pulled in when he chimes in on a post and people did *not* appreciate his feedback. Has a lot of people blocked.
-His selfship with you is so elaborate, he’s been building on it for years. Has his own, very detailed OC, took the backstory very seriously, all the way down to the outfit he wears when y’all meet. The two of you have been dating forever, finally got married, divorced (may or may not have coincided with him losing his quirk and recovering from the war), and remarried. He named all of your kids and came up with their quirks (though one of them is quirkless and there’s a storyline behind that too). Loves reading other people’s selfships and the lore behind them, and often interacts with his mutuals’ posts.
Sero
-Sero likely found you in a video game. I’m thinking possibly a battle/gacha game or maybe even an RPG
-He was initially interested in you because you were hot, but then developed a fixation the more he played the game.
-Always uses you as his main in the game and tries to collect all your cards/max out your stats. Changes your skins all the time and will spend actual money/grind in the game for hours just to unlock rare items for you. If the game has emotes, he’s choosing the cute ones where you’re doing a little dance or blowing a kiss or something
-Likes to jokingly call you his partner when he’s playing with friends or jokes about how you’re married in the game, and at some point it just stuck. Got weirdly possessive of you once when someone else tried to jokingly claim you. Things got weird for a second, and he cringes every time he thinks about that moment.
-I don’t think he’d get that deep into fanfiction because I don’t see it being his fav type of media to indulge in, but if he did read fanfic it’s usually smut. Feels like he’s in a candy store during kinktober.
-The type to have a top down view of you stretched out on a bed or something as his phone or PC background. Would also make you his pfp on his gaming account.
-Unlike the other characters mentioned, I think his feelings for you are more lust driven than based on a deep emotional attachment (he likes to focus on real life people for that), though he does have a strange fondness for you? Like he’ll see your poster hung up in a gaming store and be like “yup thats my pookie”
-Goes without saying, but you’re a favorite fantasy of his when he’s in the mood. There’s usually a lot of tape involved.
-He sometimes imagines being in a relationship with you but feels weird about it because you’re not actually real. It’s more of a guilty pleasure for him and he holds himself back from indulging too much. Doesn’t want to be like those videogame nerds pining for fictional characters instead of dating irl.
-His favorite fantasy is imagining himself swinging through the city with his tape, holding you against his body while you cling to him. He acts all suave and cool and you’re just in awe of him. Maybe y’all land on a rooftop and you open the helmet to his hero suit and kiss him.
-Another type to wonder if he could actually pull you in real life. I think he does get insecure at times, but generally he’s confident you’ll fall for his boyish charms and great sense of humor

He’s been attached to you so long you became his comfort character. Still carries around a little keychain figure of you he bought years ago.
Definitely a tumblr user, started as a joke in high school but once he got his first taste of reader insert content he was hooked.
Picky about the content he reads for you, has spent many late nights on ao3 only to be sluggish on patrol the next day.
Everybody thinks he’s on regular social media or something whenever he’s on his phone- no, he’s reading the filthiest of content about you with a straight face.
Reads all kinds of kinks and AUs about you- if the writing is good he’ll read almost anything

-Follows your media’s official page/ the creator’s fanpage to catch any extra info and art about you he can find. Knows your birthday, favorite food, and would be the type to anonymously ask the creator about your type in partners (ignores the answer if he doesn’t like it)
-Very picky when it comes to content about you, likes when people write about you as close to canon as possible, especially when it comes to reader inserts because it feels the most authentic and like he’s actually close to you.
-Sends requests to blogs asking for a fic/headcanons with a hyperspecific OC (almost carbon copy of him)
-Likes to think that he would be able to pull you in real life, regularly daydreams about scenarios where you fall madly in love with his sleepy eyes, dry humor, and aloof demeanor. A Day at the Beach
-The great Suneater has always kept his inner circle small. Despite being a well respected and admired hero, very few knew him beyond his aloof public persona. Except you, you were an unexpected exception.
-Introducing himself to you was a feat in itself. He first discovered you at the seafood restaurant he frequented; you were so lovely he couldn’t help but take notice. He imagined what it would be like to approach you, as suave and casual as Mirio, and introduce himself. He would charm you with compliments and knowledge of the restaurant (you were a new customer, after all), and once you’d finished your meal, you’d leave him with your number written on a napkin, just like the romance movies.
-Instead, he could only listen to the lively conversation you were having with your friend on the phone and sulk at his missed opportunity. So, imagine his surprise when you were there again the next week. Maybe he was staring too hard this time, but he jumped when you two accidentally made eye contact...in at least what he thought was a coincidental glance. After catching your pretty eyes darting away from him for the third time, he realized you were probably...interested.
-It took two weeks of the eye contact game for him to even work up the courage to wave at you when you walked in. A whole month of mumbled greetings, and finally, he progressed past small talk to having a full conversation with you.
-Your relationship with Tamaki was the epitome of slow-burn, and it simmered warm and sweet between the two of you well after becoming official.
-Despite knowing you for so long, he still got flustered when talking to you and struggled to maintain eye contact, especially when you were smiling.
-The truth is, Tamaki couldn’t help himself. Your beauty made him nervous. He was a total sucker for you, from the sound of your laugh to the sway of your full hips. He knew you had your own insecurities, and while he understood the feeling, it fascinated him that someone could be so attractive and not even realize it...though, maybe it was better that way, otherwise you’d probably fluster him to death.
-For your first trip together, you decided to go to the beach. You were thrilled, of course, but a little apprehensive about wearing a swimsuit in front of Tamaki for the first time. So when you pulled your sundress over your head, you carefully watched his reaction.
-His eyes drifted over the way your body filled out your swimsuit before glancing away, feeling a little awkward at your intense gaze. You were totally hot tho, from what he saw. Too bad he was too shy to say so...but no worries, you got all the answers you needed from his pink tinged ears and that little wobbly smile he does when he’s flustered.
-You asked him to get the sunscreen out of your bag, and he fully expected you to ask him to rub some on your back. He was eager to oblige, reaching into the bag to pull out the bottle of...spray-on sunscreen. His shoulders dropped in disappointment, but he sprayed your back for you, anyway.
-As soon as you were ready, you rushed off toward the water, eager to cool your warm skin. Tamaki watched you with a small smile on his face. You were radiant in the sun, and the way your skin shone and eyes glimmered in the light filled him with adoration. He chest ached watching you play in the water, he was so glad you were already his.
-After goofing around with him for a couple hours (you kept begging him to grow a shark fin and pretend he was a shark as a prank, but he refused every time), you two decided to get something to eat.
-One of the pluses of your relationship is that y’all are always eating good. You don’t have to hold back with Tamaki, he’ll be smacking right there with you! With his appetite, you can’t help but wonder where it all goes. The boy never turns down a meal. He tries to act all shy about accepting food, so you’re better off just giving it to him and he’ll ‘reluctantly’ take it. Come back in 5 minutes and the whole thing will be gone, tho.
-Ugh, and imagine going to the boardwalk with him at night and riding the ferris wheel!
-If you’re scared of heights, he’ll try to make you feel better (and accidentally embarrass himself with how sweet he’s being). “It’s alright, Y/n,” he says in his deep, gentle voice, scooting closer to you, “If, if the view makes you nervous, just look at me.” It took him a second to realize how embarrassing that sounded, and the instant he did, he ducked his head and looked away.
-You grinned at his comforting words and slowly leaned over to hug him, pressing your plump cheek against his in a delicate embrace so the car wouldn’t shake too much. “In that case, I’ll look at you the whole time,” you mumble against the softness of his cheek.
-You feel his arms settle over your plush figure, and the rise of his cheeks into a small smile of his own. “Okay,” is all he whispers back, pulling you against him as he watches the city lights far below the ferris wheel.
