how to have a better reality shifting experience
hi! i'm bad with introductions so here's a quick guide on how to elevate your reality shifting experience if you feel like yours is boring or you don't really know what to do once you successfully shift + tips, examples, and disclaimers if needed.
I - scripting
should i really explain this one? script that you have everything you want. script unusual quests. unheard of music, new colors to see for the first time. no matter how crazy or otherworldy it seems. it's your reality, your rules (as long as you're not doing anything immoral)
- a warning disguised as a disclaimer:
if you intend on scripting crazy scenarios and 'unimaginable' stories, please remember that they're real, and that they will feel real, because they ARE real. i feel like that's something that always slips away from shifters' minds.
and sure, you may script that these situations won't affect you as much or that having your cc/s by your side will make it better (which is true) but don't hurt yourself or others in the process of it all. be smart about every decision you make. and remember there is consequences. (i'm aware that infinite realities exist, and there are realities where there are no consequences. still, choosing that path is not excusable and is morally wrong IF you intend on doing awful things)
II - do not limit yourself
do you want to be the main character in your favorite show? do you want to create a silly world for your oc/s and live amongst them? do you want to be in your favorite games? do want to be unfathomably overpowered in your dr? do you want to have the knowledge and wisdom of a 10000+ year old being?
whatever you can possibly imagine // want, give it a go! (again, as long as you're not doing anything immoral)
do not limit yourself to your cr's laws of physics or how life generally is in your cr "like the amount of money you get per hour working at a certain cafe in singapore" and stuff like that.
there are no limits but the ones YOU set yourself!
III - set goals
setting yourself goals can motivate you to shift when you feel like you're at the lowest of lows, even when you feel like reality shifting isn't real (it is)
what do you wish to achieve by this shift? is it fun? is it to learn a dead language or is it to learn how to swing a katana? is it to reminisce about your past? is it to gain balance? is it simply just to say 'oh yeah i've experienced this'?
what do you wish to achieve by your shifting experience as a whole? healing your trauma? having a family and finding a place you can call home? or maybe finding someone that'll lasso the moon, stars and every celestial being for you?
by setting goals and achieving them, no matter how big or small, you will gradually build confidence and find purpose, which i find to be one of the most important things anyone, and in this case shifters, can strive for.
no like really imagine finiding your purpose alongside your cc/s, isn't that just the dream-come-true type of life? :')
IV - be open
be willing to try things outside of your script. some shifters seem to have an obsession with control that it sometimes feels unnatural (i'm talking about ones that make you feel like there's no way anything can go SLIGHTLY different), which is not wrong! i do it sometimes too, but doing that to every part of your script and in every dr feels exhausting and robotic almost (it's not though, because infinite realities exist, but you get what i'm trying to say)
be open to try to shift without a script, IK it is scary but try it out at least once in your journey. it'll shock you with how fun and crazy it is, you might even learn about things you'd never dreamed of knowing.
- disclaimer more like warning:
AS FOR SAFETY, please always script yourself safety measures no matter where you're going, idc if your dr is sunshine, rainbows, and happiness infuesd air. always script safety.
- tip:
you can always have a theme for your dr "to enhance the journey and better your chances of going somewhere fun". just have the key elements for the story.
- for ex.
"in a cyberpunk city in the year 3766, just beyond its borders lies a city abandoned due to radioactive fallout from a forgotten war. its secrets remain unknown, hidden within the silent remnants of a bygone era."
this way, you only know what the story is about, but you don't know how it ends, who will accompany you, what will happen.. etc.
- another tip:
for extra fun, you can script in characters that you already know from other dr/s, like the blue blazes from bubble!
V - reflect
taking your time to reflect is important because it allows you to understand what happened, how you felt, what you learned, where you slipped up.. etc. therefore grow and make better decisions. it's like looking in a mirror for your mind, helping you see yourself more clearly and make positive changes.
you may reflect by asking yourself questions like; what did you learn from your recent shift? how do you intend to improve? what were your weak points, and how can you strengthen them? was it something external or internal? and whatever other questions you resonate with.
- for ex.
let's say you shifted to BNHA/MHA, and you were assigned to have a training session with one of your classmates, tokoyami, for instance. and he happened to dominate that fight and ultimately win it (despite what you may have scripted)
now, ask yourself; what are some things you wanted // needed to improve on during the fight?
as for when to reflect, you may do it in so many different ways and to give you a few examples, you may instantly reflect which'll happen in your dr, either right after you finish the fight or during the fight if possible. or you may go to a wr where you watch an analysis of the fight by one of the heros or just a general analysis. or you may go back to your cr and try to remember what happened and note it down.. etc.
these are just a few i've tried and they've all worked wonderfully, (especially the second one)
- disclaimer:
as for the last one, i don't recommend it as much as the others, and it's coming from experience. i remember my memory betrayed me one time when i was analyzing a villain's quirk and i ended up with an injury due to it. yes, the injury was small and i ended up recovering in 3 days but it could've been avoided yk?
now, i must say that i realize we will have our own unique experiences, and my memory may not match yours. and i acknowledge there were things i could have done differently, but you live and you learn! áľ áľ áľ
void success story
This just happened a couple hours ago but I had to write it down now so I don't forget some of the details.
So I did my two day routine from monday to wednesday and I ended up dreaming about having a lucid dream on thursday while I was on the bus to school and I knew that I would have a real lucid dream very soon. Anyways thursday night comes and I'm in a really bad mood because my dad turned off my cell service and i have a bunch of school work + a test so I'm thinking to myself oh shit i have to enter the void state tonight. I go to bed at my usual time and since I've been trying to enter the void though a lucid dream for like 3 months now so I kinda know when my REM cycles occur. Im guessing I was in the 2nd or 3rd REM CYCLE when I had this lucid dream.
I dont remember the details of the dream but I do know something bad happened that would put me in psychical danger and suddenly i think to myself "This is a dream." and I IMMEDIATLEY start affirming for the void state. Now when I first woke up I thought i just had another dream about having a lucid dream but i realized that couldnt be true because I felt my body being lift up. When i felt this happen I managed to affirm "I manifest instantly." and then I felt something weird happen again and I was out of the void state. Now i'm not 100% sure if it worked because IDK how long i was there but I decided to test it out before I went to school and affirmed that my cell service was back on. At first I was frustarted because i thought it didnt work and i didnt get to affirm in the void in time before i left BUT my cell service is back on.
I have to go to class now but ill be back soon guys!!

I can easily lucid dream but it's hard for me to enter void state through it. Is there any tips? Or can you give me some advice?? Thank you sm for help!
Try and stay grounded in your lucid dream before trying to enter the void state. Do reality checks, interact with some of the people in your dream for a bit and then try and enter. You could ask someone to push you into the void or just create a portal.
In my lucid dreams I just ask victoria's secret models to push me into the void. This makes it a lot easier for me. Just think of someone who you like or would make you happy pushing you into the void while in a lucid dream and ur good.

Wait, ik some of y'all think that wim hof breathing is very fast pace, but there's an alternative which is the beginners one and people still shifted using that. Wim hof breathing is the best when you're trying to relax and release all stress/ doubts because it makes your thought process slow down by releasing dmt NATURALLY. This technique works by putting your body and mind into a deep trance state, whereby after you can start affirming for the void state. And don't worry, if you fall asleep because this method also helps you to lucid dream. If you do so happen to fall asleep while attempting this method, you're might find yourself in a lucid dream, you can affirm for a portal or dream character to take you straight into the void state.

Arlinski Method to enter the void state effortlessly âĄ
Hiii my loves, today I would like to introduce you guys to a great time transposing method that was developed back in the 1980's to travel through different realities, but the fun part is we are gonna use it for the void state. It's super fun and easy method and hardly even spoke about in our community. The reason I want to share this method because I absolutely love methods that were developed in the 19's, the methods were practical and easy. The fun part is it takes about 10 minutes, ready to enter the void state? đ¤
What is the Arlinski method :
The transposing method is taking your consciousness,and body at times to another place or the void state. You can do this while walking, sitting it laying down. There's no hazards attached to this method. You need no guide. You are control of every single thing. Do what you want with this method, you are unlimited. Transposing is like dreaming, but this is another dimensional experience all together. You will have no fears or beliefs, just command yourself to be in the void and you will.
How to do the Arlinski method :
1. Find a comfortable quiet place, where you can either lay on your back or side. You can even do this before bed or in the morning <3.
2. As you laying down, slow down and relax your body TOTALLY. To help, tell yourself " relax, relax , relax, ". Let go of everything and de - tense all muscle's.
A simple technique to do this goes like this : tighten all your muscles, hold it, release it all slowly and relax.
3. Remember you are not clearing out all your thoughts, but watching them come and go. Your thought process will naturally begin to slow down.
4. Begin to slow your body down. Don't strain yourself in this doing this. Don't push this breathing, keep it relaxed. Slow down your breathing, Taking less air, each time your breathe. Slowing your breathing will help relax your body and slow it's function. As your breathing slows, it will obtain a certain rhyme and you will begin to experience vibration because your body will start to synchronise. Among these experiences, you will ringing in your eyes, your body will start to tingle, these just symptoms that you avoid ignore because you body is starting to separate it's consciousness. You will feel a shift in vibrations and you will feel a wave come over you as you reach full body synchronisation. You will feel a detached feeling from your body or even a floating feeling. This is you and your body syncing together. They are ready to be directed by you and your place of choosing. You are pilot, the navigator giving your mind instructions to take you to your desired place. You can repeat the word " void , void' . And your mind will instantly take you there.
Summary of the Arlinski method :
⥠Relaxation: Start by relaxing your mind and body. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
⥠Breathing Control: Gradually slow down your breathing. Take deep, slow breaths, making sure not to strain or create tension.
⥠Body Synchronization: As you continue to slow your breath, your body will begin to synchronize. You might experience vibrations or sensations in your body, similar to ringing in your ears.
⥠High Vibration: Your body will reach a high-frequency vibration state, signifying the beginning of the transposing process.
⥠Transposing Phase: During this phase, you can guide your consciousness to any place or time you desire. Your mind will act as a navigator, and you provide clear instructions. Repeat " void , void, " and you'll be there Instantly.
Enjoy the Experience: Once you've arrived at your chosen reality, you can interact with it and enjoy the experience.
create your own version of the law, another way I keep seeing people restrict themselves is how they think there is a certain way you're suppose to manifest something, there is no version of the law that is set in stone unless it is your own and you believe that is the way, create your own rules and routines and even methods, you do not have to ask, is this right?, or can I do this?, if you believe you can then you can, follow your own law and don't worry about anything being "illogical" because the law itself is a completely illogical concept that challenges what logic is, you can literally have ANYTHING you want whether it's considered big or small, just don't overcomplicate it because manifesting is literally so easy and you can have your dream life right now, all you have to do is BELIEVE. create your own rules, only you decide. you decide when you receive your manifestation, and how "logical" or "illogical" it is, don't allow others opinions of the law stop you, because everyone's views are not the same.
HOW TO GET IN THE VOID STATE AFTER YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra (61 Point Meditation) is, in my opinion, the easiest way to enter the void. When we are doing the yoga nidra meditation, we are entering the alpha state, which is essentially the state where we are relaxed and focused, where we can shift, get in the void state, and manifest instantly.
Now, a lot of people are confused on how to enter the void through yoga nidra when they are using a guided meditation. Hereâs what you should do:
After the meditation is over, donât open your eyes (obviously) stay in the yoga nidra state and I advise you to add any binaural beats or subliminals of your choice. I personally add alpha waves. Then, when the sounds of your choice play, start affirming for the void state. You should be there instantly because of these reasons:
1. Yoga Nidra meditations are normally 20 minutes to an hour, and staying still for this long (in the shavansana position) will make the left side of your brain âturn offâ and youâre more accessible.
2. Youâre in the alpha state which is the relaxed state of mind where you can manifest, shift and void instantly.
3. Youâre half asleep half awake, and when youâre half asleep (hypnogogia) youâre subconscious is more accessible.
I recommend doing yoga nidra when youâre tired, but not tired where youâll fall asleep instantly. The reason youâre also not getting into the void state is because you give up way too easily. Like what if you got in right after affirming that time? Persist!

change self to accept that you already what you want, duh.
PREFACE:
are you tired of trying to change your 3d? well, you're in luck! because now you can give up!
because it wasn't your job to change it to begin with. your actual job is to change imagination (self) by accepting that you have what you want in your mind.
"BUT JAY I WANT IT IN THE 3D!!!!@_)@#@)#)" okay. well. how'd that work out for you? exactly. here's the thing, we can't change the 3d without changing imagination. the 3d only shows who we're conscious of being, not what we want.
thankfully, i came up with this challenge at 1am.
for the following week, we're gonna invest in ourselves & improve our self concept!!
not the "i'm a doe eyed man-eating femme fatale goddess who makes the 3d her BITCH" type of self concept. we're improving it by changing and feeling what we put after I AM.
here's the thing, in MY opinion, self concept really is key. you naturally focus on imaginal acts that match the states (self concept) you've accepted. i mean, you're obviously going to feel like you're lying to yourself if you don't feel yourself to be what your imaginal act implies. self >>>> over all.
for ex: you're in the state of being a stellar student. you naturally think about how you're gonna get an a, imagine yourself being class valedictorian, etc.
all because of who you've accepted to be within imagination.
i am (conscious of being) a stellar student -> 3d displays that.
again, the 3d is NEVER delayed. your human senses are extremely limited. hence, why you need to always turn to imagination validate your assumption. imagination is the only reality, and as long as you know you are/have what you want in there, the law will express it in the 3d.
the main goal of this challenge is simple: change imagination.
change your mind -> change your life.
it's gonna feel weird at first, but it'll go away the second you realize that your mental activity is exactly what you've always wanted to be. you're gonna actually like yourself, and who you're being! and the 3d reflecting it just the cherry on top!!
you have the knowledge, you know what to do, so start applying and GET YOUR SHIT!!!
now. let's set some rules.
RULES:
đ note: you're gonna follow these for 7 DAYS straight. no cheat days. no exceptions. nada.
RULE ONE: figure out what you want to BE. not what you want to have.
you can worry about that later. when you think of your desire, who would you LOVE to be while having your desire? for example: are you treated like royalty? are you spoiled? are you a devoted lover or a heartbreaker?
then switch your state to that!
ex: i am (conscious of being) treated like royalty. i am ____.
you can also use this to your advantage to boost up your self esteem & how you view in yourself in relation to the world. turn that love and attention of your desire to yourself! doesn't matter how "impossible" it seems. go crazy!!
RULE TWO: fulfill and move on.
you know your imagination is the only reality. so, if you desire something. imagine, accept and move on. don't imagine to make something happen, imagine to give yourself your desire & fulfill yourself! whenever it'd be affirmations, visualizing, etc. have fun with it!! with your self concept switched, it'll be easier to let it be since it's literally who you are!
remember, if you're satisfied after imaging, you've successfully accepted it!
RULE THREE: break up with your 3d cause i'm bored.
drop it. just drop it. no matter how many times you try to change it, it never will until you change self. it can only show you who you're conscious of being. to practice this law is to trust it and yourself. the law will find a way to make your desire materialize in the best way possible. leave it alone.
leave your 3d alone and persist in imagination ONLY. persist in your state until it feels natural to you. by natural, i mean it becomes something that you know is a part of you. the 3d can be falling apart, your thoughts can be a jumbled mess, but your self concept will always be there to be your safety net. you'll always have it in imagaintion. embrace it, and trust it.
RULE FOUR: NO. MORE. CONSUMPTION.
that means no tumblr. or twitter. or x. WHATEVER. you already know the basics.
decide what i want -> switch states -> fulfill within -> persist if reminded = changed imagination = changed 3d.
easy peasy, lemon squeezy. you don't need anymore information. imagine to fulfill YOURSELF ONLY. if you feel that anxiety about the "lack" of your desire in the 3d (which i'll doubt you'll feel since you're just too busy having a blast in imagination) , just go "i'm not changing the 3d, i'm changing self." if it gets too intense, let it all out, recollect, and gently go back in your new state.
stick to this routine for at least a week. & trust me, you're gonna go through a fuckin' rebirth of a lifetime.

MAKING FRIENDS âĄ
Friends add so much value to your life. Especially ones that you like, and there is a positive healthy exchange of support and love in between. However, some of us do struggle to create meaningful friendships that last. To start this post, I will start by talking about how friendships are essential to becoming the best versions of ourselves.Â
Friends help us in many ways, even if they donât even do it directly. We discover new things about ourselves just by talking to them, we have a sense of belonging and build our self-esteem. Itâs not impossible to have these things and be alone, though being alone for extended periods can fester feelings of social isolation & loneliness.Â
As someone whoâs experienced both, usually, these feelings can make us spiral deeper as it is just the tip of the iceberg. Humans need daily communication to feel sane, which has been proven again and again.Â
If you decide to invest a lot more time, effort, and energy in friends, thereâs bound to be an overflowing amount of rewards. Hanging around the right people can open up new opportunities for yourself drive you closer to achieving your goals and help advance your skills.Â
This being said, if you invest in the wrong people or neglect your friends, the opposite will more than likely happen. Remember that the people you allow in your life can influence you, whether for better or worse.Â
REDEFINING YOUR MINDSET TOWARDS MAKING FRIENDSÂ
Your mindset is so crucial to making friends. It can either help you or not. Another thing is that your mindset towards life, in general, can either repel or attract people to be around you.Â
Firstly and importantly, do not get attached to people you barely know. Donât overthink about them, change yourself for them or get anxious waiting for a reply. Seriously, detach. Little things like replies or if theyâll like you, should not bother you. The concept of it bothering you should not even exist in your mind.Â
