Hey! So we are The Empire System! We’re a system of 12, who live on Armour Isle in Galar. We study the Pokémon living here, and spend most of our time hanging around the Zoroark, as we’re part of (by which i mean almost solo running) a conservation effort, as the population dwindled due to over-catching and poaching.

We go by the name auburn collectively, but a select few alters will have their own tags to identify them. These tags will only be applied to posts where we talk, and not commentless reblogs. You can see the tags under the cut.

We’re also a Human/Zoroark hybrid.

Here’s our team!!

Growlie- Arcanine- Level 74. He’s over 40 years old, and has been with us since we were born, he basically acts as our dad and we love him! He’s a good boy! He’s very, very scared of small children, though.

Milk Tea- Mewtwo- Level ??. We hatched her from an egg :D it was gifted to us by our mother’s lab assistant. She’s only about 9 months old, and She’s a little shit. She will occasionally talk on here, You can identify her by the pink text

Maë (formerly pendulum)- Audino- Level 31. Our service ‘mon. We struggle with joint pains, respiratory issues and reproductive issues, as well as lots of mental illnesses and disorders, so we keep her around to soothe pains and calm us down when needed.

Cannelle- Hisuian Sneasle- Level teeeeeny tiny. Newest addition to the team. She likes sitting on my shoulders and being A Little Bastard

Honourable Mentions:

Mitsuri- Milotic✨- Level 45. Technically ours, as she has a pokeball, but she chills out in loop lagoon and the surrounding waters, and we just go visit her every now and then. We rescued her from a fishing net a little bit ago.

North- Unovan Zoroark- Level ???. Has. A fucking blog on here. @scrambled-badeggs. We never caught her, she’s still fully wild, but just also follows us around and calls us her child. Idek.

Little one and Teacake - two baby zorua who are technically still mine, but are currently in the care of the Zoroark pack- due to my own struggles meaning I can’t care for them properly.

Ooo maybe it’s like. A double crossing double cross situation. Like- I saw it in an anime- this dude who was working with the good guys acted to everyone as if he’d switched over to the enemy side, only to collect intel and have one of the bad guys heal these life-long disabilities he’d had, to then try to kill one of the bad guy that did it. He failed and got killed himself, so y’know, bad plan. But maybe it’s like that.

Honestly, it sounds like he’s just not adjusting well to human society.

After or during assimilation to human life, some Zoroark just decide it’s not for them, and they slowly revert back to their original, more feral state. Even if the Zoroark was captive bred and raised as/alongside humans for their whole lives, it can still happen. Hell- take my mother, for example. She’s a Zoroark raised as a human since birth, but in recent months, in her 40s, she’s begun reverting to wild Zoroark behaviour.

It just happens sometimes. Sometimes there’s a trigger, sometimes there isn’t. Something scary and traumatising might have happened, that means he no longer wants to be around humans, or he could literally just be getting bored of city life, or prefer the company of other Zoroark and the forest.

Personally, I’m a weird middle ground. I technically pose as a human- I work a human job, I get human education at a human school (I’m training to be a mortuary assistant), but my house is on a remote island on the edge of a forest, with my pack literally living in my back garden. So I really hit the best of both worlds.

hello! fellow OSDD-haver here; i was wondering if Psychic types react differently to you compared to singlets?

i haven't really noticed it for the most part! the only time i've seen any sort of reaction is from my boss's galarian rapidash, duchess. she can definitely tell the difference between me and othercharlie, and she gets kind of confused when we're co-conscious.

where i have seen a more significant reaction is when i'm stylering a pokemon. because stylers help establish an emotional communication between a human and a pokemon, anything that affects my emotional state will also affect the pokemon. oc and i have different stylering styles for sure- i tend to do more coaxing while she's a lot more direct- and i've found that pokemon can have preferences between the two of us! for example, my staraptor buddy that i work with a lot definitely prefers me on the styler to oc, but whiskey sour- my boss's zebstrika- responds better to her. i also have to watch out for emotional bleedthrough, because it can confuse the pokemon.

DID haver here :3 our emotional support Audino, Maë, can also tell between who’s fronting and who’s in co-con. She even responds differently to each of us, like she has one specific alter, who everytime he fronts, she’ll just lay on. It’s only him and it’s every time. It annoys the hell out of him because he can’t move for it but it’s so cute <3
