I'm having a white-gold/dark-blue dress moment. I've played this game for 3 years now. I always thought she had dark brown hair. I noticed fanart depicts her with either blonde or dark brown hair. My friend suspects that dark brown also comes from the RS Children mod, which gives Lucia dark brown hair.
