Throughout the country, even in seemingly small towns, there was often a group of tall, identical apartment buildings, like the ones below. I said I would not like living in one of these because I don’t want my home to be exactly the same as hundreds of others, in a huge, anonymous complex. It feels so impersonal. But Hyun said people there don’t mind, and even prefer that kind of building because it will have more amenities.
