i’m gonna have to create a new blog to accommodate everyone moving over to tumblr and it’s so odd to think about lol. i’ve had this blog for over a decade i think? and it got merc’d during the purge a few years ago bc some completely sfw posts got flagged as nsfw. so i can’t reply to posts and my blog is unsearchable

just weird to think about creating a new space when this one holds so many memories. not all necessarily good, but memories nonetheless!

Yeah OP, this is honestly so ignorant—because a man who is trapped in a life that is usually homophobic by nature (the stereotype of mobs and bosses is NOT that they’re accepting, right?), and is married to an extreme woman can just come out easy as that, right? He was trying to forget about all of it with Hank. Should he have told him? Yeah. Did he? No. But he’s safe, Hank’s safe. They can build from this.

nobody’s saying that cheating is good but the situation is so much more nuanced than that and i think you know it. obviously the situation is messy and hank would be right to take some time to build trust back. but it’s not hard to have a little empathy for a gay man choosing between true love and happiness, however fleeting, and a life of torment. the suggestion that cristobal should be loyal to the woman who probably would have killed him for being gay had hank not intervened is incredibly out of pocket. hank learned about his wife and then, in an instant, his kids, and still chose cristobal, and i think that speaks for a lot
