Hello!
Our Moon has a greatly exaggerated relief
This visualization allows you to see the dependence of the color of the rock on the height of the relief. 🌑

Hi!
A photo taken from the ISS of the region located on the border of Libya and Chad. If you add a couple of craters to this landscape and remove the blue strip of the Earth's atmosphere in the distance, it could well pass for a picture of Mars.

Hi
The length of a day on Mars has been known since 1666, with an accuracy of 3 minutes.
But the exact length of the day on Saturn became known quite recently, literally 4 years ago.🪐
A day on Saturn lasts only 10 hours, 33 minutes, and 38 seconds.
Hi!
Cosmic Flower 🌸
This is the cosmic remnant of Tycho's supernova, which resembles a flower in its shape and colors. This object was formed as a result of a star explosion that was visible from Earth in 1572. The remainder consists of many bright clouds of gas that expand from the center of the explosion. Bright fragments and complex structures give this object the appearance of a cosmic flower, with petals painted in various shades.
Hello!
The result of a star collision 💥
This nebula, known as the Blue Ring, is thought to be the result of a stellar collision.
The mass of one of the stars in it was approximately equal to that of the sun, and the second was about 10 times less. In the course of evolution, the large star turned into a red giant, descended from orbit and began to spiral closer, losing matter, which formed an accretion disk.
As a result, the smaller star fell onto the larger one, throwing out a cloud of incandescent gas. This cloud collided with the accretion disk material and split in two.
We see this nebula just 5,000 years after the collision, when traces of it are still visible. The observations show two cones of an expanding gas cloud moving in opposite directions from the central star.
