Seeded Sour Used the seed mix from Marg and Maree's. Baked for longer than the recipe as I'd set the oven temp too low. Got a great crust.
Sourdough bagels Over-proved, so they fell a little in the oven. Really, really tasty though.
Honey and walnut loaf This is so delicious. Next time I'm going to use some Rooftop Bees honey, because of its stronger flavour. Kneading the walnuts in was the hard part because they keep working their way out of the dough. Worth it!
Stilton Braid
I used half the recipe's amount of stilton, but my stilton was strong. I liked it but I know there are flavour combos I could use with this bread that I would like a lot better. It looked very impressive.
Plain white loaf
Today I wanted to do the simplest of breads. It's still a bit too hot to cut, so I'm distracting myself by posting a pretty picture. The recipe uses the no knead method of folding and resting. I'm really happy with the shaping I achieved here.
