my ocd is so fucking bad and i’ve started self harming again and my anxiety is through the roof and everything is fucked and i’m so on edge and my fucking asshole hurts and the only thing i’m actively stressing about is money when, for the first time in my fucking life, that’s the most stable thing I have right now.

i’m sooooooo close to fully cracking it’s genuinely not a joke anymore I think I need to be locked up and put in a straight jacket. my boyfriend had to physically restrain me so I wouldn’t hurt myself earlier i’m fucking doneeeeeeeeee (i’m fine I won’t do the thing but argh i’m FRUSTRATED at lifeeee!!! because so many more people are struggling soooooo much more than I but noooooo i’m so fucking fucked up that i’m barely holding it together and my fucking autism is argh and my ADHD is argh and everything is argh

I get really weird with public bathrooms for obvious reasons (now I understand not everyone with OCD gets bacteria and germ themed intrusive thoughts but yall should know by now I do) ANYWAYS

we’re going to the Lake district which is like 5 hours driving straight but we’ve had to stop a fair amount of times for food, drinks and the toilet. everytime i’ve been to the loo these trousers have either slightly touched the floor, touched the tops of my shoes that are dirty, have been touched by other people and have had toilet water splashed on them. by my feet there’s my blanket, bag, teddy and pillow and i’m pushing through it.

My brain is screaming at me that i’ve “infected” my things and now if I touch them it’s gonna make me ill or give me an infection when I know deep in my core that’s absolutely not going to happen, we all need germs sometimes or our immune systems would all be shit and we’d die from the common cold. I know it’s fine but my brain is not happy with me.

but i’m choosing to ignore it.

this is exposure therapy and I need to get better. my hands are sore and dry, when they used to be so soft. i’m falling deeper into my OCD and it needs to stop. even my granddad is so aware of it.

met and played with some really adorable puppos yesterday at cuppapug in brighton marina!! lads I highly recommend <3 they’ve got cafes in London, Manchester, Texas and some more I just cat remember but it’s on their instagram! ( @ cuppapug)

they rescue pugs from all over and you can adopt some of them!! you’re also allowed to bring your own pugs too 🥹
