Does anyone else talk about the almost high relaxed dizzy sensation you get with ed? Starving yourself is an inconvenience at first, but after enough time passes, it becomes a sort of relaxed dizziness feeling. You feel lighter, you drink water and the coolness goes straight down through you, you feel a small tingling to your extremities, and you start to feel cold in a warm room, sort of cozy feeling as well. How can you not have ed when these are its symptoms?

Okay so basically I’m this unstable person that wants everything to end but also can’t go through with it because it’s to scary and would hurt a lot of people and I can’t do that to them. I’m just so fucking tired of everything… of feeling unwanted, feeling everything then nothing at all. And then watch as my life gets ruined right before my eyes. My ex breaking up with me this year… four months later I’m fired because of cost reduction and I don’t really have anything to do, everything bad happening to me is beyond my control. I’m just sitting, waiting for hell to let loose. I’m observing everything going bad and just wait, for nothing really. I’m just hoping that something good will come out of this but I’m so fucking sure that nothing good will come out of this so I’m just waiting for no fucking reason. Instead of dying I’m just waiting even though I don’t want to. But there’s nothing left to do except just wait. And it’s killing me inside like nothing else. It’s the hardest thing I ever had to do. Just wait.

Is it weird that I want to hurt myself, but I feel like I have too many cuts and I don’t really have any more places for my skin to cut, and I have to wait for them to heal in order to earn my rights to cut more?

You know when you feel at your lowest and don’t really want to keep going, and you start drifting off to despair and hold on to every good thing about your life just to survive? Because you have the smallest amount of willpower to keep going. And the universe sees that and decides to hit you back to make sure that the rock bottom you are in isn’t even the lowest, as it starts digging down, showing you that it can get lower than that? That’s what I felt today when I received the news that I was about to get fired from my job because of cost reduction.

Why is life giving you the best when you re feeling amazing, and then all of a sudden it gives you the worst thing imaginable, just to bring you down, and then keep going with this worse and worse experiences just to make sure you stay down?

You can do anything

Like literally anything, no matter good or bad, you can experience the best things in the world, the worst things in the world, at the end of the day, if your brain decides it’s not worth it then it’s not. As simple as that. When depression hits, it’s not like there has to be a reason for it. Depression is exactly that, feeling sad without reason, and it’s not necessarily sadness, it’s just lack of willingness to keep going, just completely emptiness. So no matter what happens, those are just useless variables that are excluded from the final equation, because the result is always this big empty void you have to endure and there is no point, nothing to fix it, nothing to do, just live for the sake of living without any enjoyment or purpose, just this useless life.
