Since when was Butters autistic? I’m pretty sure Butters is just a little bundle of joy personified, since he’s one of the sweetest, yet most gullible characters on the show.

So if you don’t have actual proof from the creators themselves that Butters is autistic, then you can’t call him autistic, unless it’s your own unofficial headcanon. And headcanons should not be taken seriously, since they’re just fandom stuff.
