Buy/read ebooks on your kindle or other device rather than hard copies.
For payments I think more than contactless we should consider something like paytm app in India( the one used during demonetisation).
Try to buy items through self checkout and make sure the items are in a plastic cover, like instead of buying apples in loose buy them which comes with plastic covers or wraps.
Use disinfecting spray and cleaning wipes at your home, car key, mobile, door handle, postal letters, parcels. After removing parcel package bin the cover and wash hands.
Do not trust anyone or anything, in other words don’t take it for granted.
Create a habit of washing hands every hour (whether you at home or do nothing still create this habit), try to be mindful about not touching others and of course your face as a habit.
Be vigilant and mindful when you go out, try to use hand sanitizer as and when you feel and required.
