       luca isn’t an angry person. he likes to think he’s mostly calm, even, if a little over-emotional at times — but that is apparently reserved for when he’s not exhausted. circles under his eyes, bone-weary, dead tired and more than a little bit done waiting for whoever his neighbor is to realize there’s such a thing as basic human decency, he’s found himself pounding on the door to the apartment next to his, which has just now quieted down after what seemed like hours of the loudest moans luca has ever heard — weeks, if he counts all of the other nights similar to this one. he’s almost fuming as he knocks on the door relentlessly, wondering if somehow whoever it is has left in the five minutes it’s been since the apartment quieted down — but that’s impossible, or improbable at the least, so luca keeps banging until finally, finally, the door goes swinging open. it’s then that his eyes go wide, as he takes in the appearance of the person before him — a face he recognizes, but certainly hadn’t planned on ever seeing again.  ❛  i… you’re kidding me.  ❜

     truth be told, minwoo had zero inclination to open the door.  after depleting most ( if not all ) of his energy, the least he wanted to do was to be reprimanded by --- whoever was causing all that ruckus.  initially, the plan had been to simply ignore the problem; hope that whatever poor soul was out there would get tired of waiting & ditch.  unfortunately, minwoo wasn’t counting on them having the patience of a goddamn saint.  if anything, the knocking had grown more & more incessant with every passing second.  heaving a profound sigh, he ( reluctantly ) headed towards the source of the noise, letting his annoyance with them known before slamming the wooden door open.  “ -- ease up on the knockin’, will you?  unless you want me to shove that fist up your ass. ”  calloused fingers ran through his disheveled hair, locks of hair being brushed away as his dark gaze fixated upon the other.  & for a moment, minwoo’s completely taken aback, astonishment briefly marring his face as he registers the all too familiar figure standing before him.   “ ... shouldn’t that be my line? ”  he began slowly, brows raising questioningly.  “ didn’t peg you for the stalker type.  the hell are you doing here? ”

    “ ... considering it bit me awake, i think i’m allowed to overreact a little. ” & he returns her nudge with one of his own, flashing her a toothy, lopsided grin.  “ i’m alright.  haven’t passed out or grown an extra set of limbs yet, so --- that’s always good, yeah? ”  the bite does itch a little though, but he’s about ... eighty percent sure the spider wasn’t poisonous.  so, he decides to alleviate the prickling by spitting on his finger & pressing it against the red dot marring his neck.  “ word to the wise?  steer clear of that couch.  pretty sure there’s like --- a spider’s nest under the cushions or something. ”
