Quality Time

This is another one I made a while ago and never uploaded for some reason. I was experimenting heavily with three-point lighting, using up to the limit in SFM(9 lights with shadows enabled). I think it looks good.

Made this a while ago, never uploaded because particle effects are too tricky... Haven’t uploaded in a while so I thought I’d go ahead and post it.

Side note here: What do you guys think I should improve on? Please send me a letter and tell me. I keep seeing these people making fantastic posters and thinking to myself how I’ll never be as good as they are, and it really takes me out of it. I want to get better, so I hope you guys can tell me what I’m doing wrong.

A few days late, but it’s finally over. Gun Mettle was the first TF2 campaign and it was really damn good in my opinion. Can’t wait until the next one.

A short rant

I'm not an angry person. I'm not sure how obvious that is, but I'm not. I like to see other SFM artists and their posters. I like seeing them succeed, and I consider them my friends.

However, what I can't stand is seeing posters with no effort but into them presented to the public and met with outstanding praise. Especially if it's a loadout poster or a commission. Or even worse, both. I'm not going to point any fingers, though.

I've been trying to get my name out there for over a year now. I appreciate the 23 followers I have now, honestly, but I feel like more people should have at least stumbled across this blog by now. I'm out of ideas for drawing people in. I tried non-tf2 related works, I've upped the quality, I've streamed, ect.. Perhaps I'm just impatient, but it does seem like I have pretty bad luck compared to some people just starting out. 

If any of you know what I'm doing wrong, please send a message. 

tl;dr = Mafia's a crybaby who wants more people to love him. Please help.
