Sometimes I get so mad at myself like.. I have so much potential and I don’t put it to use, I could achieve so many things but instead I procrastinate and waste my time in things that don’t matter. I like that Taylor is alone on stage during Getaway Car because that’s the whole song is about, she was in a relationship and escaped with a man and then she has to take the wheel ALONE and may I remind you CRYING AND DYING about this decision. But the song is so upbeat because it’s about her claiming her own life back and she did it alone and I think this is so powerful that she stands alone on that HUGE stage during that performance but even more powerful that it’s introduced by her poem about rebuilding herself.
