So styger milk is a pretty common beverage in the imperium mainly amongst the high spire society because it coats your innards with a protective film. Especially her newly regenerated one after the last ones exploded out of her asshole when Erebus crushed her like a grape.

I imagine Big E might have some lactose intolerance but given milk and cheese has been a staple in human diets from early civilisation I feel like he just put up with it because food is food to him and no amount of gas is stopping him from eating Bugs cooking.

i also like a lot of hard cheese too. pecorino is one of my favs (which i recently learned a lot is produced in sardinia. the island who is genetically closest to neolithic anatolians??? okay then) but the ooey gooey melted cheese is hard to resist

I feel like he’d view the soft cheeses or something like cheddar as pleasant but mostly just something to fill the stomach whereas because hard cheeses are aged to the point of crystallisation in many such cases he finds them to be the superior option
