Charles is Wilden/CeCe is B.V.

In 6x04, “Don’t Look Now”, Mr. D told Ali and Jason that Charles was born 15 months before Jason was born. That makes Charles a year and three months older than Jason. In 6x01, “Game On Charles”, there is a video of Mrs. D with Jason and Charles. Charles has blonde hair and blue eyes. The only character that we know that has blonde hair and blue eyes is Wilden. There are never any flashbacks of Wilden as a student, so I assume he is older than the class of 2003. Marlene has said that we’ve seen Charles without a hoodie. We’ve seen Wilden plenty of times without a hoodie. Marlene has also said that we’ve seen Charles unmasked. In season 3, in the Holloween train episode, we see Wilden take off a mask. 

According to CeCe, her and Wilden do not have the best relationship. I don’t believe that. I think they are actually really close. In season 4, Mrs. D tells the Liars that CeCe and Ali didn’t have a healthy friendship. She goes on to say that CeCe and Ali liked to switch personalities. It even went as far as CeCe checking herself into Radley under Ali’s name. I think that wasn’t CeCe’s first time at Radley. I think she went to Radley while she was kid just like Charles. I think Charles befriended her and told her about the Dilaurentis family. That is why I think CeCe befriended Ali. She needed to be close to Ali to set her and Charlse’s plan for revenge in motion. 

So Charles was discharged from Radley. He needed to go back to Rosewood, but he couldn’t use his original name. So he created a false identity- Darren Wilden. Charles enrolled himself in the police force, giving him access to records and cameras. Now that Charles was a police officer and CeCe was friends with Ali, their plan was in motion. 

When Ali disappeared, Charles put himself at the forefront of the investigation. He stalked the girls every move. He even went as far as sleeping with Ashley Marin, getting himself even closer to the girls. But then, the plan went south. Charles was killed. CeCe was angry and blamed Ali and her friends even more. Keeping up the façade that her and Wilden hated each other meant she couldn’t go to his funeral. That’s why she went in a disguise- Black Veil. CeCe wanted to continue their plans to destroy Ali and her empire. So she essembled the A Team. She used the A Team to continue sending A texts and watching the girls. 

Early on in the plan, Charles had an idea to take the girls and use them like dolls. So before he died, Charles built the Dollhouse. He wanted to take all of the girls, but Mona had ruined that. That is why CeCe ended up taking her. Ali was in jail so Mona would have to take her place. CeCe than orchestrated a way to take the other girls too. 

There’s still wholes in my theory, like why did CeCe take Sara? I don’t think Sara is actually Sara. I think she is Bethany Young. I think Bethany escaped Radley with the intentions of hurting Ali that night. She did, but I don’t think she counted on Charles or CeCe being there. One of them hit Bethany after Ali got pulled out of the ground. I think Sara was just a casualty.

Peter Hastings and Charles

In 4x15 Toby and Spencer get Declodyne to agree to rule Marion’s death an accident instead of a suicide. 

I think Peter is Charles’ father, whether Charles is dead or alive. 

In this episode Peter was so adamant on shutting down Radley. He claims it was for Spencer? Bu why? Nothing bad happened to her at Radley. 

Peter knows something. Did something happen to Charles there? Did Radley help fake his death? Did someone there hurt him? Does it want to get rid of Charles’ records?

Peter wants Spencer to stay away from Jessica, she was setting up Spencer for Alison’s murder. To protect Charles? 

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Radley closed when the girls were in the dollhouse. I think Peter bought it, he has the resources to do so and he has a reason to want it gone. 

Peter is Charles’ father. Melissa knows, that’s why she’s been working for A and protecting Spencer. “I’ve been protecting you since it started, since before it started.” That explains why Spencer felt like Charles was familiar, because they have half of the same DNA.

Twin Story

I think Ali’s twin story on Halloween may have been a hint as to why Charlie had to “go away.” Maybe Charlie attempted to kill Jason but Jason blocked out the memory and only recalls Charlie as an imaginary friend.
