Hiii, so fun to see your requests open! I looked through your masterlist to see if you’d already done these and I didn’t see any so I don’t think so, but I was wondering if you could do bubble/soap dividers? Maybe lighter colors, baby blue or lavender? Thank you if so! Love your work🫧

Jason was aware of your cultural differences but he was always open to learning more about you and where you're from.
So the two of you decided to go on a little vacation together to your home country. To say Jason was excited was an understatement, he had been dreaming of coming here ever since he met you. He has wanted to know everything about you, even what shaped you into the woman you are today.
And now the two of you are sitting around the table of your childhood house, with your siblings and your cousins playing dominos.
"Klop Jason! We know you don't have any." your cousin screams from across the table.
You had no idea how you got him to agree to this. It was a normal tradition for all the cousins get together in teams and play dominos, but you never expected your American boyfriend to be sitting here playing it too.
"Yoh hurry up my bru, i also wanna play!" your brother huffs and you look at Jason looking way to pleased with himself for someone who spent 2 minutes putting down a tile.
"Boom!" Jason places a domino that has double sixes in the middle of the table and your family groans in response.
"Now we know who has all the doubles." you laugh as your sister glares at Jason.
"Okay wit ou we see you." you whisper to Jason as your family continues playing, loudly yelling at each other as house music plays in the background.
"I think i'm getting the hang of this."
"You definitely are." you smile and lean against his shoulder.
A few hours later its much later in the night, the music had turned from upbeat house to the soulful voice of Toni Braxton. Jason was watching as you danced with your auntie laughing at every word she said. The little kids are asleep on random plastic chairs and corners of couches. He couldn't help but smile, he thought about how close your family is even after not seeing each other for years.
He could see why you turned out to be such an amazing person.
"Yaysus, that child is loud." your mom laughs softly as she sits next to Jason. "Doesn't she irritate the neighbors there in America?"
"Honestly i'm probably louder than her when i snore." he chuckles and stares at you once more. Your mom smiles once she sees the look on his face, she could tell that he would do anything for her daughter.
"Come inside and have some malva, before these old aunties find out i made it"
"Malva?"
"Don't tell me you've never had malva pudding, my boy you are missing out. Kom nou" she hurries him inside towards the kitchen.
Before Jason could even get a word out he was being seated on a bar stool. He watched as your mother started dishing up some of the golden brown dessert.
"Custard?" she points to yellow carton of custard practically calling his name.
"Uh, sure" your mother nods and pours some in the bowl covering the malva.
She places it in front of him along with a spoon with a smile.
"Try it, if you like it i'll dish more."
Jason nods, who is he to say no to food? So he take a huge bite the creamy custard mixed with the sweetness of the malva made him feel like the gates of heaven opened up and called his name.
What the hell was this?
"Oh my god— this is amazing" he barely gets out through a mouthful.
"I'm glad you like it."
"There you are Jay, i see you got into the malva" Jason turns to face you, his cheeks puffed out like a chipmunk preparing for the winter.
"Babe, why have you never given me this?" he pouts making you laugh
"I don't know how to make that bruh." you sit beside him and wipe some custard off his face. He was so cute when he was eating.
He huffs in return and carries on eating, soon your mom makes her way out the kitchen to get started on cleaning. You and Jason sit in silence for awhile just letting the sounds of the distant music occupy the space.
"You ever wanna move back here?"
"Hmmm, maybe. Why'd you ask?"
"I like it here, your family is so…normal?" he turns to face you, gently interlocking your hands.
"And i don't have to be Red Hood here, just Jason." your expression softens and you rub your thumb against his scarred knuckles.
"So you wanna move here?"
"We don't have to be here forever, maybe just a year."
"I'll think about it." you smile and kiss his cheek.
Jason smiles back, light blush coating his cheeks. He leans in closer looking down at your lips, he's barely an inch away before—
"Yoh sies! Mommy your daughter is kissing boys in the house!" your brother screams from the doorway.
Maybe you shouldn't move back after all.
A/n pt2: this is poop but i have an idea for a frajo fic lemme know if you wanna see it
duke thomas spends 10+ years getting comics and growth and plot and hes "too new" and people "dont know him well enough". superboy prime gets five minutes of character development and hes suddenly a fan favorite getting shipped with every character under the sun. i hate this fandom.
