It’s funny how, after that interview yesterday, the Outlander and Pluribus lesbian fanbase started speculating that these two had a "thing" going on at some point. I guess that’s what happens when there is more chemistry between you and your brother-like co-star—or between you and your sister-like best friend—than there is between you and the love of your life, your supposed husband.🤭🤣

It was definitely not a part of the original photoshoot release with the New York Times article back in March. There’s a similar photo with Cait looking to her right instead of straight ahead, but I haven’t seen this one before.

I did a reverse photo search and checked Instagram and still couldn’t find a source.

And while we're on the subject of 'husbands', 'fiancés', and 'boyfriends' (or, alternatively, 'wives', 'fiancées', and 'girlfriends'), I have to say that I genuinely don't understand how people can believe that any boyfriend, fiancé, or husband would be perfectly happy, calm, and accepting when welcoming home his girlfriend, fiancée, or wife after a long day at work spent doing things like this ⤵️⤵️⤵️

And please don't tell me that actors somehow have a different moral code, or a different sense of shame, propriety, and personal boundaries than the rest of us mere Earthlings. Or that their real-life partners are simply expected to adapt. Imagine someone expecting you to adapt to the fact that your partner, as part of their job, spends their workday doing things like this. Go on. Imagine it.

Exactly. Quite apart from that, I find it difficult to believe that, after a "workday" like that, people simply shake hands, say 'well, see you tomorrow', and go their separate ways. The human organism does not, in fact, work like that.

This was also season 3. Not their “green years” like they try to explain away the season 1 tongue. Now imagine you have to kiss your scene partner over and over again. With every take you get deeper into the scene until your body and mind aren’t sure what’s acting and what’s real.
