Lorcan is the son of Rolf Scamander and Luna Lovegood, and identical twin of Lysander. He spent much of his childhood traveling the world with his family in search of weird magical creatures. While he does namedrop some bizarre creatures from time to time, at this point in his life he has learned that most people aren’t so interested, which is okay with him. Lorcan is even-tempered and rarely seems to worry about anything. He doesn’t always have much to say but seems to attract friends all the same, likely due to his good-natured disposition and willingness to listen without judgment. However, he’s also incredibly absent-minded and spacey. At times he doesn’t pick up on social cues, mostly just because he wasn’t paying attention to notice them in the first place. He does not take his studies as seriously as his brother and would rather get baked than study, which is probably why he was placed in Hufflepuff.
