I saw some people I follow vague about a fic and it left a sour taste in my mouth.

There's always going to be a degree of mischaracterization (unless we write our own ocs) because we each write characters through our own experiences.

And also not everyone can have the same level of skill.

Now don't get me wrong, some constructive criticism can be good here and there but only if the writer asks about it.

This isn't about me at all but it still makes me think how I won't feel comfortable to write fic any time soon.

Idk maybe i'm too lenient with this stuff but if something isn't for me i simply move on to something else or write my own.

But yeah i just wanted to express my appreciation for you guys for offering me a safe space for developing my writing for the better.

It has been months since the lay line issue that allowed Wrio to meet Matilda and his younger self. And once again the laylines have acted up, spitting Matilda out into his office. But this time, it was way worse. The buzzing of eletro fills the air from all too familiar spears in the dragon mother. And there was blood everywhere, the legs of her pants were soaked with blood and river water and jagged breaths pass from Matilda’s lips, which where turning blue. Her eyes, hazy and unfocused, lock onto Wriothesley. Shakily, she reaches out towards him before her knees give out from underneath her and she pitches forward, unbalanced

Wriothesley knew something was wrong with this day in particular since it started. Somehow the way the elements around him felt different, like the low buzz of an insect wings during flight.

The more he got used to his dragon side, the more he was in tune with them, so needless to say that he was on edge the whole day and it culminated with the electro static he felt when Mathilda was once again transported to their time and she looked even more hurt than before.

Oh, if he ever finds who is behind his biological mother's timely demise he'll make them pay.

That said it doesn't make it less traumatizing the the first time to see his mother in such a state.

A state of urgency was given within the fortress as his most trusted nurse came to his aid for his mother once again
