LUCIFER.

Lucifer regarded the angel before him,arms folded,his signature smile adorning his face. Her naivety amused him,but it sickened him more. “You want to stop the big bad Angel bitch? Free all your brothers and sisters from their feathery bonds? You want everything to go back to being all harps and rainbows, but you’re not willing to fight for it? You think,what? That if you get all your little friends together and pray,and sing Kumbaya things will go well for you? It doesn’t work like that princess,you want your freedom you fight tooth and nail for it. Besides,Heaven is corrupt and always has been. My father proved that when he cast me down,just because I didn’t believe in his plans. You think being locked in Heaven’s dungeon is bad? Try centuries in The Cage.Hell is a shit-hole full of your deepest,darkest fears,the screams of tortured souls echoing through the walls. But The Cage? Worse than you could ever imagine.So you can voice your little opinions,throw your little tantrums and think whatever you like about me,but frankly sweetheart you don’t know a damn thing about Heaven,Hell or how any of it works. You’re just another angel waiting to fall,but remember this:The road to hell is paved with good intentions” He opened his arms wide,head tilted as his grin returned,wider than ever.

Lorelei dragged out a long sigh as he began to rant to her about the cage and how horrible it was --- as well as how she was being ridiculed for wanting peace more so than violence. "Lucifer, please. I know very well that there is a huge difference between what you've been through and what I am scared to go through. I understand that the comparison in itself cannot be compared and that you and I are very different people. Your ideas are different from mine but I won't let you force yours down my throat. Perhaps you and Castiel rebelled but I will not. I honestly don't pay attention to what others think of me, no matter who they are or what they're capable of. I only want one thing --- unification in a healthy way. I don't want to be controlled by someone who doesn't know jack squat and just wants power for the mere sake of it. I'm done with all the fighting, wars and deaths. It's all pointless! I'm sorry for the pain that you've gone through and I really mean it, and you probably don't care about what I say anyway; but for the sake of us all, could you at least try to back me up on this? Even if you don't agree with my peaceful ways of going about it, can you at least attempt to support the idea of free will and democracy instead of a ruthless dictatorship?"

“I hope it is,” Emily said with a light smile. She didn’t want Lorelei to feel as if her privacy had been invaded. “I know they’re an aggressive nest. People who go out at night have been disappearing. The vampires sleep in the day in an old house, as far as I’ve seen. I crept up there and looked inside; I don’t know how many of them there are, but there were two on the couch, one on the floor, and I’m assuming some in the bedrooms.”

"It's perfectly fine," Lorelei replied, subconsciously biting her lip as she began to think about how to kill the vampires in the most efficient way. "I presume you know what I am then? Otherwise you most probably would have been skeptic in seeking my assistance. I'm an angel, so if you can take out as many of the vampires as you possibly can --- then I can use my abilities to kill the rest. We just need to know how we can get in undetected and without causing public disturbances."

"First if you tell me why there's something... different about you."

Emily smiled. “Great!” she said, glad for the help from an angel. She’d actually never met an angel before, so she took note of this one’s aura, so she’d be able to tell in the future. “And a hunter told me. Said you were the type of person to help. I didn’t catch his name.”

Lorelei nods and gives a small smile to the hunter. "I suppose that's alright. Can you tell me what information you currently have on them? I can kill the nest as soon as I get there. It won't be all that hard to get the job done."

ADAM.

Though Adam is keeping a wary eye on his surroundings, the fatigue has made him more careless than usual and he’s not thinking about much besides getting back to the hotel and passing out. So when someone speaks next to him, he startles, reflexively side-stepping to put more space between them even as he turns to face her. Then feels like a twitchy idiot when he realizes the thing she’s holding is his wallet.

“Oh. Thanks.” Adam takes the thing from her, shoving it more securely into a back pocket. He tries a smile in return. It isn’t much of a smile, but it looks pretty natural. "Yeah, I probably wouldn’t have noticed until tomorrow. I owe you one.“

Lorelei smiles once again, trying her very best not to look concerned for the man --- seeing as she can feel that there's something very different about him. There's one thing about him that she just can't pinpoint, almost like it's hidden away in plain sight. The angel can't help but be extremely curious about what he truly is, or what he has potential to be. If she doesn't find it out at all, it will nag at her for a very long time.

"Yeah, it's fine! Just be more careful with your belongings in the future," Lorelei gives him a slightly stern look --- eerily alike to one a mother would give when lecturing a child. "Um, sorry if this is random and makes me sound like a complete weirdo, but; I feel something really odd about you. I don't know what it is but there's something different. Again, I'm sorry. It's just something I don't experience everyday."

JAMES.

"Are you sure? I really don't mind."

LUCIFER.

Lucifer folded his arms as he listened to the angel passionately argue her case He actually agreed with her,for the most part. Though he couldn’t help the sarcasm seeping through. “Well good for you! You stand up for what you believe in,screw heaven and screw the rules! You should rebel,completely and utterly rebel. Castiel did it, and I did.. But that’s a different story..”

Lorelei took a deep breath and listened to what he had to say. She frowned, thinking about what he had just told her. "It's not about that though. I don't want to rebel or start anything extreme, and it's not because I'm a coward --- that's the last thing I would call myself. I just think there's a different way to go about these things. My main priority is stopping Naomi and making angels understand that they can actually live instead of being restrained. It's gotten to the point where you'll be thrown into the dungeons for even considering such a thing. It's absolutely horrifying how bad our Home has become. Something has to be done but in a less forceful way. After all, I'm trying to stop us angels being forced in the first place."

JAMES.

Im fine…..jut hungry” He says looking back down at the food around his feet to see if anything was edible.

"Hungry? Oh... Would you like me to take you to a cafe? It's literally just around the corner. I'll pay for everything!"

He nods quietly before speaking “Then talk…”

"I just want to know if you're okay, that's all. I don't mean to pry, of course --- it's just that you seem to be a little on edge."

He shrunk back more, afraid of this women. He didn’t know what to say so his instincts took over and he growled a bit more hoping she’ll leave.

Lorelei's empathetic side began to show as she gave him her kindest smile. "I promise I won't do anything unless you provoke me. I just want to talk, that's all."

LUCIFER.

Lucifer can’t help but burst into laughter. “Naomi? Naomi has no idea what she’s doing. Heaven is screwed either way is what I’m saying,so’s Earth. Yet you all bow down to your leaders and follow orders like good little sheep. So tell me,if you don’t answer to Naomi who do you answer to?”

Lorelei frowns as he begins to laugh, worry taking over her in an instant. "Heaven is screwed and that's the problem. What you say is true and I can't help but agree with it. I don't answer to anyone --- I believe in a thing called free will and that's what I want angels to have. We don't deserve to to be ruled like puppets on a string."

James stopped and waited hoping that whoever this was would go away and not try looking for him.

Lorelei walked closer to where the sound was coming from and stopped once he came into view. "It's alright, I'm not going to harm you... Why are you out here in the cold?"

LUCIFER.

“Oh my dear sweet angel what have you not done? You’re fighting for a hopeless cause you know what don’t you?”

"That's your opinion and you're entitled to it but mine is very different from yours. Are you saying that you support Naomi's cause?"

JAMES.

James looked up and down the street before ducking in the alleyway to start Dumpster diving in hopes of having something to eat tonight.

Lorelei heard ruffling sounds coming from deep within the alleyway and so she decided to investigate the noise. "Are you alright?"

LUCIFER.

Lucifer feigns a hurt expression,placing his hand on his heart in an exaggerated gesture. “Attack you? I would never…”

Lorelei sighs in defeat, knowing full well that he could kill her instantly with the snap of his fingers --- so why would he have not done it by now? "You certainly looked like you were going to. What have I ever done to you?"

“Think about what?”… He feigned innocence,but his sly smirk gave him away.

"I saw it coming. You were going to attack me, weren't you?"

What are your honest thoughts on Naomi?

“I can say with absolute certainty that I dislike the way that she’s trying to ‘rule’ Heaven and make angels do anything that she bids them to do. I believe free will is essential in any living thing and that does include celestial beings like myself. Angels are alive and have minds of their own so why should we be treated like puppets when we can actually live a real life? I mean, God has obviously left us alone with no signs of telling us what to do aside from spread His word on Earth. Naomi is just trying to do what Michael has done, but this time she’s just doing it in a different way. She wants to have all the power and rule us with an iron fist. I cannot allow this to go on, she will not succeed in her piteous ways.”
