I finally got to weighed myself monday at frys and the last time I weighed myself was a year ago, I weighed 252 pounds and I just wanted to say if you ever feel like giving up don't give up because you can push your self beyond your limits and there was time I felt giving up but I didn't because I wanted to do better for myself, to became a better person, even I don't have a gym membership I used two pairs of dumbbell one 10 and the other 25 pounds, I have the t25, yet I still used what I have because you have to start off somewhere. Thank you to all my Family,Friends, and to God for helping to push forward into the unkown. #noexcuses #faceyourfears #manofsteelgoal

Please pray for my mom she's about to go into surgery. God knows what this family has gone throughout the years of living in California, moving to Arizona, and even til now we always been a strong tough family and will still be, even there was times that this family might fall apart but God always held us together without him I don't what would of happen if we didn't put our faith trust hope in him. #Risen is an awesome #Movie best #biblical movie since the Passions of Christ. Great acting, and like the perspective Risen told from a non Believer it's one of the best movies I've seen in a while.
