This tasty, basic recipe works with many kinds of fresh fish. Just grind the fish in a food processor and then mix in the other ingredients.* I actually used the canned lump crab which worked perfectly. Ted and I really enjoyed these! Light and delicate meal. For this recipe use crisp lettuce leaves to scoop up this lightened Moo Shu. It’s packed with good stuff: lean beef, fresh ginger, garlic and loads of mixed vegetables. This lightened up Philadelphia specialty is terrific comfort food. Meaty, cheesy and great with cold beer. Although, we opted for 4 points worth of French fries made in the Air Fryer as a side.
