Beachbody sent me this shirt so I could wear/brag about my accomplishments proudly 😜 Love me a company who sends free goodies ALL THE TIME. Becoming a healthy lifestyle coach was the best life choice I've ever made. When I tell you I love it, I'm not exaggerating. And I promise it's not ONLY because of all the presents.... A late start to Sunday morning with some journal writing and breakfast ✨ going to try to take at least a few days a week to write just for me, dig in a little deeper to my mindset. Keeping things SIMPLE has changed the game for me. No more holding my breath as I try out a new Pinterest recipe, I just do what I KNOW works as often as I can, and staying on track is so much less stressful and more delicious! I use my portion control containers to measure everything out and make sure I'm getting the right amounts of the right kinds of foods in every day, and I'm good to go. Chicken is cooked in olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper. Romaine, tomatoes, and avocado, plus olive oil, lemon, and salt to dress it.

Ugh, that me on the left was so unhappy. Dying my hair for someone that wasn't me, emotionally exhausted from the negative self talk I loaded on myself daily and the constant feeling of unease and worthlessness I was receiving from the relationship I thought I couldn't live without, filling all those holes with food, lots of it. Those college years were definitely the hardest on me, and I'm just so proud of the other side I pulled myself out on. Food doesn't control me, and neither does any one person other than myself. No matter where you are and how low you feel, you have it in you to turn it all around. I've had to get creative with this elimination diet, but I started on Monday and I'm down 3.5 since I weighed in last Friday, FINALLY breaking that plateau 🙌🏻 This was pretty amazing, so thought I'd share. Romaine lettuce as the "bread", avocado instead of mayo, tomato, salt, pepper, and nitrate free bacon. A little #mealplanapproved BLT!

Shakeology is a pyramid scheme.. you might be making money.. but the vast majority of people involved are not. They are losing money. There are multiple sources reflecting this.

Hey! It's actually not a pyramid scheme, those are illegal. Anyone has the potential to build their business and be a higher rank/make more money than their sponsor or anyone "above" them, and the reason some people don't make money is because they aren't taking the steps it takes to build a business. Maybe their teams haven't provided the right training, which makes me sad, but I've gotten lucky with a team that has trained me properly, helped me build a business and grow as a person all at the same time. I'd love to explain to you how it works and give you the details of why it's not a "scheme" if you come off of anon. I'd be happy to still answer publicly but I don't want to spend my time talking to someone who is only trying to hide who they are, hope you understand!

When my workout is done and I just get to relax and sip while Eddie sweats his butt off with Core de Force 😌 those are good times.
