Hi guys, I'm honestly so sorry for being so inactive. It truly wasn't my intention to just start this blog up and then leave it in the dust, but between my depression, work, and just personal issues in general, I haven't even been able to finish a few projects for this blog that I desperately wanted to do. Gifts for others, or just my followers in general. So, in order to remain at least a little active I'll go ahead and post this, a dbd survivor oc I had in the works. I'm also still working on the killer that will come with her.
Bîna, otherwise nicknamed "Bee" for the fact that foreigners had trouble pronouncing her name, came from a not-so-wealthy home. Her father had moved from New Delhi, India, to a small but advancing village in Greenland. There he met her mother, and Bîna was born.
She worked hard night and day, keeping ahead of her class in studies, but having her struggles just like any other student. Most emotionally, due to growing up in a poor household. Eventually, her father fell ill when she entered her senior year of highschool, and in order to pay for his medicine and keep the family afloat, bîna had to drop out. She worked odd jobs, paid under the table, and eventually settled for working on a construction crew without proper hire. When she was found out by the main manager and his team, instead of being tossed out, they found she had showed a bit of talent in more than just construction. With her skills, she won a spot on the crew and was brought on properly, giving her fair pay. Over the years she was promoted, but it still wasn't enough money to cover the treatments her father needed. Bîna decided she would take an offer she had been given to head a crew out on a lowly populated island in order to set down grounds for a new site. A brand-spanking new resort.
The young girl was now a young woman, she was quite determined and didn't care how hard the job would be. Her family was her family, and from day one they had done everything they could to care for her. Now it was her turn. Months in, when they had cleared out the area and set down the skeleton of the place, she found herself there alone. It was late, moon shining overhead and providing plenty of light along with the powerful floodlights that were stationed out around the place. Reviewing the blueprints time and time again, tweaking some stuff here and there, she had decided to take a break out at one of the natural, deep pools that would more than likely be a popular attraction. It was pitch black below the rippling waves, and the pool sat guarded from sight by several trees and tropical brush. Bee sat at the edge, pant legs rolled up and kicking her legs in the water.
A loud splash broke the quiet of the night.
Morning came, and when the crew returned, there was no sight of Bîna. There was barely a trace that she had been there, besides the paperwork that sat out in the open at the site.
WELP there she is. Sorry if it's not very interesting! But I'll do another intro for her later. One with her perks, and maybe a comic like I did for Claudette. Asks aren't open for this character yet, but will be soon.
