telling abuse victims to not use “narc abuse” isn’t invalidating their trauma or the abuse they went through.
it’s telling them to not put down other trauma survivors in an effort to validate themselves.
people should really read what it means to have DID or OSDD from actual sources other than Carrds and Online Users. sit down and read papers on it that are current. sit down and read the DSM or ICD. you most likely do not have OSDD or DID. and that's something a lot of you will accept within 5 years. to actual systems who are struggling or even ones who aren't right now. i see you and i care for you. having DID isn't fun. i don't mean that in the "this is boring" way. i mean i genuinely have ruined my life by forming this disorder to protect myself as a tot. if i could not have it, not need constant treatment my whole life for it, and recover i would. but its unrealistic for me. and anyone who is happy to have DID or OSDD, you do not have it. if you're glad its protected you, you're valid. but if you use OSDDID for internet social topics, dating, making friends, advertising yourself and your trauma, or anything. i genuinely hope you see how horrible you are. and if you claim to have alters without textbook DID or claim to have it from neurodivergency or nontrauma i wish you the worst. honest to god. i genuinely hope you step on pins. i hope you fall down a flight of stairs. i hope you meet someone who is actually strugging and they tell you everything and you realise faking makes you genuine scum.

Endo spaces and the toxicity of radical inclusion
Endogenic spaces and radical inclusivity seem to at this point be nearly synonymous with each other. Which to the vast majority of people makes it extremely obvious why they’re very toxic spaces.
From what I’ve seen on here and a few other social media platforms it seems like endogenic’s seem to be extremely radically inclusive of things that are seen as objectively and or morally wrong by other people on the internet; things like being pro-ship supporting paraphiliacs trans-id. This just amplifies the already apparent issues with endogenics and people who claim that.
It’s genuinely really fucking disgusting. To the people who support what I listed please reevaluate why you do and think about that.

It’s ableist not to provide alternatives to neopronouns for cognitively disabled people.
I’m a neopronoun user. In fact, I exclusively use neopronouns. With a caveat: if you are cognitively disabled (abbreviated as CD), you can use my names (Infinity and Galaxy) instead of pronouns.
There are some CD people who legitimately cannot understand how to use neopronouns. Some people with TBIs, brain damage, intellectual disability, learning disorders, and more, can’t learn how to use neopronouns.
Not because they don’t care to learn. Many people who can’t use neopronouns are queer themselves; many of them want to learn. Many of them want to include trans/enby/etc people. But they just can’t understand how to use neopronouns.
To claim that cognitively disabled people are transphobic because they legitimately cannot understand and use neopronouns is ableist. To not provide alternatives to neopronouns for CD people means you are actively denying disabled people reasonable accommodations.
Furthermore, it is ableist to say that CD people are ableist when they don’t understand xenogenders. Many CD people who do not understand xenogenders aren’t doing so because they’re exclusionary. Hell, most CD people I’ve met are extremely inclusive of xenic folk. It’s just that they have a brain that makes understanding us extremely difficult and they cannot change that.
I will not change my stance on this opinion, as a person who is xenic and a neopronoun user, and as a person with cognitive disabilities.
whether or not non-traumagenic plurality exists is irrelevant. the point is that people with DID/OSDD are deeply and profoundly traumatized. we need developmental trauma specialists and dissociative disorder specialists. we need help to cope with our trauma histories and everyday symptoms. we need communities and spaces where we are safe and understood, spaces where we can support each other and help each other. we need resources and books. we need the psychology field and wider medical field to take dissociative disorders seriously. we need universities to stop teaching ableist, outdated lies about our disorders. we need more dissociative disorder specialists and more therapists who are trauma-informed.
you, according to your own words, don't need any of that. you insist that your plurality is indeed real, but not disordered in any way. you feel entitled to use our terminology and language, including medical language, but insist that you're not fucked up and broken like us. but do you actually need anything? or do you just want to be part of the club? to feel included? to pass around our memes and jokes? to shove everyone into one umbrella term and "community", no matter how absurd that may be?
if, for the sake of argument, genuine, non-disordered plurality exists, it doesn't change the fact that we deserve our own spaces without you infiltrating. it doesn't change the fact that we are a minority with real needs and rights, and you aren't. it doesn't change the fact that we have every right to avoid you, block you, and not associate with you. it doesn't change the fact that we must, necessarily, remain distinct in order to advocate for ourselves and our right to accessible care and treatment. it doesn't change the fact that our disorders are actually disorders.
your validity is irrelevant. whether or not you exist is irrelevant. stop elbowing your way into places you don't belong.

You Should Move Away.
They are performing a task known as "spacing" or "blocking" that helps reduce or prevent anxiety in their handler.
They are NOT "asking for pets" or being disobedient or asking to be spoken to. All you have to do is stay back from the dog and handler.
This is not a capslock PSA because I'm not sure how many people that don't have a SD actually know this is a trained task.
SYSKIDS ARE NOT ACTUAL CHILDREN.
Syskids, littles, child parts or whatever else you call them are not actual children and shouldn’t be treated as such. Child parts are typically traumatized alters that are “stuck” at the age trauma happened. The other “typical” form of child parts is the system’s skewed perception of what a child should be. The amount of parentization that occurs in abusive house holds will end in mature child parts. Child parts can be more “innocent” or “childish” but that doesn’t make them children. Child parts can also be more mature. Every child part is different and grouping them into one category isn’t a good thing.
Either way child parts shouldn’t be treated as children since they aren’t actual children. This can also be considered anti-recovery signe it’s enforcing the belief that child parts are children when they are not and should be treated as such. They are a fragment of a consciousness that identifies as a younger age. Not an actual physical child.

OSDDID IS A DISORDER AND ALWAYS WILL BE.
I have seen way to many people (specifically endos) trying to demedicalize OSDDID. OSDDID IS a disorder it’s in the names of both of them.
Stop trying to take resources away from severe trauma survivors.

I’m so sick and tired of people especially endo’s and the transabled community treating OSDDID as an identity label.
OSDDID is a TRAUMA DISORDER not a xenogender or a neopronoun set to pick out. “Identity” may be in the name of DID but it is not an identity by any means. Myself and many other people did not survive horrible trauma for people to go around and claim to have a disorder that affects my everyday life without trauma and function perfectly fine. Grow the fuck up. Complex trauma disorders aren’t your identity.
