getting back on track after your birthday or a holiday is SO hard. all the love makes you wanna get better until you look in the mirror ✊😔
omad todayy 😚🫶🏻
going out to dinner with friends/family? scared of overeating? here's what to do:
order something you KNOW you hate that's also lower in calories.
for example, i hate broccoli and cabbage. so i would order a veggie stir fry that i know is gonna gross me out.
even if you're starving, you'll definitely get the ick after taking a couple of bites. just make sure its lower in calories so that even if you do eat it, it won't do much to you anyway.
if it's a special event though, please just try to enjoy it as much as you can :) this advice is more for people who go out regularly.
suck it up and one day you won’t have to suck it in.
fasting as a waitress is so hard. at least i get free diet coke though 😚
also seeing customers order the most greasy, unappetizing food is a free appetite suppressant. (especially when they're so overweight they can't even fit into a booth 😭)
there's literally no reason why you can't maintain a deficit. fruit and veggies are practically 0 calories, there are diet drinks and low cal option for anything. stop feeling sorry for yourself and put in the work!
getting a food ick while eating is so gross but at least i stop eating 😚🫶🏻
(it's usually meat. it's just so greasy 🤢)
anyone else like to pretend that food has bugs in it or is contaminated just to lose your appetite. it works but makes me feel crazy sometimes lol.
most excited for my face to get thinner and sharper. looking good at any angle is worth any kind of pain <3
random fear foods / trigger foods i have:
- peanut butter
- nutella
- nuts
- meat
- milkshakes
- bread
- potatoes
- whole milk
- avocado
(comment yours <3)
as someone who gained 20lbs in less than a year, i'd rather feel dizzy and sick than feel suffocated by fat. the extra calories are NOT worth it. do your future self a favor and be consistent <3
