I've just been informed that VOA is eliminating my position as of June 29th.  I'm in shock that this would happen to me for, like, the fourth time in three years?  I'm losing count.  Unemployed AGAIN.  

I feel so stupid.  I should have known better than to let myself get comfortable here.  

One thing's for sure, I've had it with this loser town.  Overpriced, underpaid, full of goddamned nazis...  I'm looking at Salem, Vancouver, Pennsylvania, maybe France??  I've learned my lesson re: Portland.
