Humbling to take out my warm-weather clothes for the first time since September and realising they don't really fit anymore.. :/

My senior dog is getting old and I nearly had a panic attack thinking about having to choose between leaving the collar on him when we cremate/ bury him so he won't feel lonely/ abandoned, or taking it off of him and keeping it as a keepsake for me.

I wonder how many memories I’m in.

Saw an old school friend at work today.

She didn't seem to recognise me.

Funny thing is that her voice gave me the first hint, before I even was able to register her face. Even though I haven't been hearing it for almost fifteen years.

The second hint was bunnies.

It kinda stings, not being recognised. But I think I'm more sad about could've/ should've/ would've.

I could have stayed in school and gotten my higher education in university, even though school work was overwhelming me.

I should've made more effort into maintaining my friendships, even though every notification on my phone gave me heart palpitations.

I would have a normal life.

Huisje, boompje, beestje.

Normal life.

#made me a bit nostalgic and then sad #and then kinda depressed again #anyway. i went home to my little rented flat #home to my beautiful dogs and amazing cats #and i don't have to worry about my next meal <3 #lost connections #childhood #m #(we're also run a postal service at work - which she was using by returning a package - which had her home address on..)#(so now i'm going to avoid that part of tpwn like the plague lol)
