this isnt a yandere account anymore dumbass this is just a plain vent account. i deleted almost all my yandere posts aside from a few aesthetic pictures. this account is extremely prorecovery from eds and from the yandere mindset. and anyone i mean anyone can be uncomfortable w pro ed accounts. i suffer from an ed. it makes me vastly uncomfortable. plus our rapist is pro ed. so rlly you just look like a big asshole sending this.

Hi! I'm 19 yrs old afab, and trying to get diagnosed with BPD because i can almost guarantee that I have it. My psychologist won't even put diagoses on the table, despite my psychologist in a mental hospital when I was a minor saying I already showed symptoms of BPD, how long did it take you to get diagnosed?

it took me abt 2 years to get diagnosed! i 100% dont suggest just being like “i think i have bpd” but play dumb and be like telling ur symptoms and let them suggest it to u. thats what most of us have to do :/.

is it okay to ask how has bpd affected you guys and studying? bc im diagnosed with bpd and osdd the age of 14 and i feel like im crazy as a person ngl. Technically we are a new system and i just wanna know abt yr experiences with sch and coping yknow?

first off, be gentle w yourself. you are not crazy. i had a hard time studying in high school and middle school. because i felt i couldnt focus on it cuz i was very preoccupied with my bpd thoughts including my fp. and DID didnt help as sometimes I would switch and forget everything. however now that im in college its much easier. after i got therapy and got put on the right meds everything was fine!!! one thing that really helped me was seeing every little thing as a leaf floating down a stream. just let it pass and move onto the next thing. the next leaf. acknowledge the leaf. accept it. move on. and if you are able to, go to DBT or dialectical behavioral therapy. it did so much for me. hope this was helpful ❤️ remember you are not crazy and be compassionate w yourself.

edit: also dont indulge in yandere behaviors on tumblr. bad coping mechanism coming from someone who was popular in the yandere community. just vent your thoughts to a therapist.

gentle reminder that the yandere mindset is always and always will be unhealthy. and you should always do your best to get out of it. one way to do that is to stop indulging in it on tumblr. the other is lots of therapy! if you cant afford therapy a friend to vent to is the next best thing (as long as they are okay with that). if you need a friend to vent to im always here and open to talk!!!!!
