"Chris? CLAIRE!" - Leon S. Kennedy
Their remake version looks so good together side by side 🥹
If Leon hugs her from behind, his jacket will be able to cover her completely 🤭
Just saying 👀
Claire is apparently underwater in this part of the trailer.
This doesn't happen in the original game, so it must be a new scene exclusive to the remake.
Uncharted 4 inspired Cleon
(HELP
Have you seen this masterpiece
I watched the Uncharted 4 playthrough twice because of this)
I watched Capcom's RE: Veronica reveal trailer and I am so hyped! Claire looks so beautiful and badass <333 I am excited to see the other characters as well. What is your reaction from watching the trailer?
Hey friend.
At first I was in shock and couldn't even pay attention to any of the other announcements at the event 😂
Now that I've calmed down and had time to think, I'm excited, but also a little scared by what I saw in this trailer and what it might mean for the rest of the game.
It seems like they're going to change Claire's intro and how she was captured, so I'm afraid they won't make her as badass as in the original, but at the same time, I always wanted this game to be more horror than action. So I don't see that as a bad thing... I just don't want them giving Chris all the cool stuff, you know?
Besides that, Claire looks stunning, the dark tone of everything is amazing; the song from the trailer is also perfect and I'm so excited and eager to see all the changes and fixes that the story of Code Veronica really needed.
I hope we can get new information soon.

Remember, this is the canon Cleon movie where Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock had a crush on each other, but never said anything🥲
🎞️💙❤️
This is set sometime after RE2. And since the remakes never really gave remake scenes of this part of the lore, I made my own spin of the "deal" part and made it... harsher. I imagined Leon tried to visit Sherry as often as he could but couldn't visit more often in later years and kinda lost contact (just my headcanon). But I think he reconnected with Sherry after the events of RE6 and then we get their dynamic in RE9 where he can be a dad to her again.
He's sad in the last panel because he thinks he'll never be free.
Special thanks to @loveiscosmicsin for making sure my English is alright.
Hi! Sorry to bother you, would you happen to remember or know where what is mentioned in this video is specifically said? I'm trying to find it https://www.tumblr.com/lovelycleon/663076343873961984/i-dont-think-this-moment-was-appreciated-enough
Of course! It's in this interview, starting at 14:17. They're talking about their favorite moments:

I still think you're on the money about "they chose wings KNOWING who it would be implying," but the fact the devs have inserted themselves into this online discourse is jarring. I think they're worried the shipping wars/toxic side will kill the fire for the DLC, so they're in "deny deny deny" mode. They can deny one WITHOUT giving away the other.
My villain origin story is when they said "Leon is too desensitized for a horror game" and then "GUYS LOOK IT'S LEON, YOU'RE SURPRISED, RIGHT?!?!?" They can tell half-truths without breaking any NDAs, and that goes for voice actors as well.
I think that so many leaks over the years have made the devs more "aware" of the fandom space.
I don't know if they expected things like "Leon is infected" and "that's Sherry's voice" to go viral right away in his reveal trailer. But they 100% put those details there to be discovered eventually. Because they know how obsessed RE fans can be.
And if those things were on purpose, then what else could it have been? Details in his weapon and watch? A ring?
And fan discussions are always free marketing, so I think they're smart enough to try and use it to their advantage here and there.
