I've heard good things about The Realm SMP. It's over now, so you'd have to VOD watch, but the lore seemed fairly fun when I followed a few characters. I watched Pangi for a while, and miscellaneous lore streams of others, but I've heard positive things about Pili (dtowncat) and Lukey (LukeyTV)'s POVs, and some random comments about others. I'm assuming at least one of them, or another Realm creator, has all their VODs saved.
I know a lore SMP on YouTube called Content SMP. I'm not sure how much is scripted or not scripted...? Especially past a certain point. (Wasn't originally scripted from my understanding, might be scripted now, not particularly sure.) Though I will say, a decent portion of the videos are the creator's talking about the mechanics of their mod and how they made it, so I understand if that turns you away from watching.
Vampires SMP is a lore server, that I've heard many good things about. I watched a few episodes of different perspectives but never finished any, so I can't recommend someone specific.
Also something I didn't really watch, but Bannerfall SMP was a lore server that was streamed. I caught bits and pieces of 4C's lore specifically. I do think it'd be hard to get into his perspective specifically, because it was during his subathon, and
The Life Series (3rd Life , Double Life, Last Life, ect.). Technically just a bunch of folk playing with a gimmick each season, but each season has unintentional lore to it...? I don't really know how to explain it. The only creator that I know specifically has lore is Martyn, but some of the others have RPed or leaned into acting a certain way, from what I remember.
Less a SMP, but a collection of videos by ApolloTV called the Apollo Cinematic Universe. While a connected universe, from what I gathered, most videos are a self contained story with different characters and lore.
Also a collection of videos, and some characters have connecting lore, I believe, but a fair are self contained ; Ish's Civilization videos / States SMP. I've only seen one or two, so I can really only recommend the poor vs rich one, but it's fairly good watch.
Sorry for the total yap fest, and how long we took to send this, LOL. MC and MC content has been a large interest of mine our whole life, so I have a lot of things I've consumed. Which, I have forgotten most for several reasons, so. Hopefully some of these we've shared seem cool though!
I WATCH A LOT OF THESE ALREADY XD Apollo is a favourite, alongside CSMP! Used to be a Life Series fanartist, also... Same with States... And The Realm...
I'll check out Vampires and Bannerfall, though! Never seen either of those two. 💪
