PSA: Ciel Star, a popular fandom youtuber specfically for Kuroshitsuji, has been arrested for two felonies regarding sex abuse of minors.
He goes by Evan now, so I blocked out his birthname.. but here are PUBLIC RECORDS of what exactly these felonies are for:
This speaks for itself but we do not know who the victim is. PLEASE do not go searching for the victim either. This is all public record, you can easily look this up yourself to find these records. I want people who have followed him on youtube, know of him, especially the Kuroshitsuji fandom to know this! He has a trial for the 30th to see if he can get another bail, but each one as been turned down. They are keeping him there for as long as possible until the victim gets their lawyers, etc. The trial will hopefully take place and he will be convincted of these charges. There was enough DAMNING evidence to arrest him and then move him to the state jail in which the event took place. Something to keep in mind is that you can’t just easily arrest someone, the evidence has to be very damning in order to pick someone up and move them across state. Anyways, sorry if this is upsetting to anyone who watched his stuff. It sucks but people use and abuse their platforms that have a following of children to groom them unforunately. That’s the reality of it and it’s been seen more and more each day that these kinds of things do happen all the time.
