mood: bts’s messy bed hair
so i was thinking, what if in Miles’ universe, MJ was actually just Zendaya
young k is really the master of bed selfies…

I love that age when little girls get really weird and mystical and savage
Like nine through eleven years old, those are some weird years for us
When I was 9-10 I read The Egypt Game and The Headless Cupid, taught myself hieroglyphics, and decided to practice witchcraft
The past three years, my son has come home telling me about the girls he knows, who are: 1. possessed by a demon controlled by a button at the back of her neck, 2. haunted by a dead aunt, and 3. converse regularly with the dead.
Oh man, every weekend when I was ten I pulled out my books on the loch ness monster and the bermuda triangle…
My entire class of girls believed the school was haunted by a skeleton and that a small dragon lived in a whole in the wall and eventually the teacher had to ask us to stop drawing skulls and crossbones everywhere because apparently the church our school rented space from didn’t like it
When I was 10 I started collecting small glass bottles and gathering wild plants in order to make potions, starting giving tarot card reading to my friends, and made a necklace out of a bird skull that I wore with no explanation what so ever.
You’re caught under the mistletoe with the last idol whose picture you saved. Who are you kissing?
