Any tips on how to "let go" of your Cr and focus more on your DR?
Sorry, I saw this when you first asked, however I was in the middle of finals. I finally finished everything.
Letting go is fairly easy.
Let Go of Your CR:
Don’t focus too much. This is a vague statement but that’s kind of how it is.
Accept that your reality is constantly changing.
Try to be more accepting. Like if something bad happens (bad day at school) think “it’s fine because I’m in my DR anyways”. Basically let things pass.
However:
Do take care of yourself. Drink water, eat enough food. You need enough energy to to shift and energy comes from food.
Remember not to neglect your responsibilities. Do your homework, do your chores, don’t neglect your friendships, etc.
Let things pass but if people are being toxic or abusive, please do let those people go if possible. They don’t deserve you in your CR.
Small things to focus on your DR
Act like your DRself, join Act As If chats to roleplay
Do things your DRself would do
Read or redo your scripts
Finish your scripts
whats a blanket method
The Blanket Method
Raise your vibrations(ex:meditation, music of your DR).
Snuggle under your blanket and affirm that you're in your DR bed.
Count to 100, saying "I am" affirmations or Identity affirmations.
When you feel your surroundings change you can come out of your covers and into your DR bedroom.

I don't want to be in this reality anymore, nothing ever works out and I just want to be happy without the constant fear that everything will go wrong and I'll lose things that bring me joy.
It also sounds like you have some form of anxiety. I have anxiety (Panic Disorder to be specific) and I basically live in a almost constant state of panic, paranoia, and fear.
It’s hard to not be in control of your life, and it’s hard to be anxious about not having that control.
However, you do have control of shifting journey. So hopefully that will provide you some relief, and give you a place to be peaceful.

Hi do you have any type of help with the concept of the final push people talk about?
The Final Push is a very vague thing.
In most cases, shifters and respawners describe it letting go.
Letting go:
Accepting that you’ll shift no matter what
Accepting that it will eventually happen
Not worrying about whether you will shift or not
Not worrying about whether what you’re doing to shift is right or wrong (“is this the right subliminal” “is this method good”)
Not focusing on your symptoms while you shift
And remaining calm during and after the shift
I tried letting go and it was awesome. It was the closest I had gotten to my Boku No Hero Academia DR. However, I got excited and shifted back.

Also the Final Push technically can be anything. It’s simply the last thing you did that caused you to shift. It could be a subliminal, a meditation, a lesson, a realization, or letting go.
It seems like it’s most commonly letting go and therefore has become synonymous with the Final Push.
Think of shifting as an XP bar. Every attempt gives you points that fill up the bar. It could be a lot of points or few points.
The Final Push is the last thing that fills up your bar and causes you to shift.

Ways to motivate yourself to shift/respawn!
Read your script
Change stuff you don’t like in your script
Draw (or use picrew) to make your DRself, your DR S/O, your family, or friends
If they are from a media (TV, book, comic, etc) then watch the show or read the books again
Watch fanmade animations to get ideas for headcanons
Look up headcanons
Listen to songs or audio edits that make me feel like my DRself
Do things your DRself would do (make tea, read a book, cook, etc)
Write about things you could do in your new reality (eat, drink, go shopping, etc)
Make a list of affirmations (“I have shifted.”)
Daydream about your S/O
Think about fun hangout ideas you could do with your DR friends
Come up with names for your DR kids (if you want kids)
Make a list of your DRs and WRs and see what else you could add
Finish any scripts you have unfinished
Make your scripts aesthetic
Listen to playlists on YouTube or Spotify dedicated to your S/O (e.g “Tracing freckles on Midoriya playlist”)
Make a Pinterest board with stuff relating to that reality
Find pictures on Pinterest to add to your script (room, bathroom, school, etc)
Script your school (if you go to school in that reality)
Listen to shifting motivation subliminals throughout the day
Make your own shifting subliminal (there are tutorials on YouTube)
Cast a simple shifting spell (you can find many on amino)
Watch TikTok edits of your DR people
Dress up as your DRself
Look at outfits for your DR self and add them to your script
Script your type of relationship with your DR people (are you guys constantly prancing each other, do they play with your hair, etc)
Read or watch shifting stories (on YouTube and Amino, I don’t recommend shiftok)
Script scenarios (funny, baddass, cool, scary, etc)
This was all I could come with on the spot, I’m sorry if it’s not enough ;(0w0)

General Advice:
How to Shift/Respawn
There are many tools to help us shift such as meditations, subliminals, and methods.
Keep in mind that these are just tools. People can and have shifted just by themselves!
All you need to shift is you.
People have shifted with low vibrations, while in a bad mood, in pain, distracted, etc.
You don’t have to be or feel a particular way.
You just need to accept that it will happen.
One of the things I say the most is:
“We accept what they tell us at school as the truth. We don’t question whether a teacher is lying to us or not. Do the same with shifting. Accept that it’s the truth, like you do at school.”
Some have shifted with intention, other haven’t. Others randomly shifted out of no where.
So I believe that the reason why people shift is that they just accept. They accept that it’s the truth. And they accept that even if they don’t shift now, they’ll shift someday. They truly believe it will eventually happen.
How to Respawn
To respawn, all you have to do is set an intention.
“I intend to respawn.”
You can’t respawn by accident! (So don’t worry about it)
You don’t need “respawn scripts” which are exactly the same as shifting scripts. You don’t have to change your scripts or add anything extra.
However you can script stuff like,
“I am respawning.”
“I will respawn by (insert death choice or clone/stand-in)”
“I will respawn by (insert date)”
You can script dates to shift or respawn, however you have to truly believe you will.
Specific Advice:
I noticed that you said you try maybe once a month. Most people do it every night or most nights (taking a break a day here and there).
Consistency is key!
Shifting/Respawn is like a power up bar. Every time you attempt, you are filling up the bar until you finally shift. Some people’s bars are longer, others are shorter.
But by shifting once a month, you’re filling up your bar very very slowly.
I suggest making a more consistent routine, maybe try shifting 3 times a week for a while and bring it to 4 times a week when you feel ready.
Take a break when you feel like you need one. Not everyone needs breaks, but some do. And that’s your decision!
I do it every night and I take a break when I don’t feel motivated enough!

Types of Reality Acronymns
DR- Desired Reality
CR- Current Reality
NR- New Reality
OR- Old Reality or Original Reality
WR- Waiting Room
TR- Temporary Reality
BR- Birth Reality
DR is the reality you desire to go to.
CR is the reality you currently are in. If you shift to your Tr, WR, DR, or NR, that then becomes your new CR.
NR is your new reality. Some people prefer this to DR because “new” implies you already have it, it’s just new. For example, your dream car vs your new car. One implies you don’t have it, and the other implies you do.
OR (old) is your old reality that you shifted from. Most commonly used by respawners.
OR (original) is your “original reality” that you shifted from. However we shift every second in the womb, every second when we are being born, and after we are born. We have shifted every second since. Therefore OR meaning Original Reality has been phased out and replaced with Old Reality.
WR is your waiting room reality where you can relax, eat, live, sleep, etc. It can be a house or an entire world (or even bigger). Here you can just be. You don’t need to worry about school, bills, work, nothing. Most people shift to their WR to relax and finish scripts before shifting to their DRs. Many people use their WR between DRs, kind of like a break. For example, you shift to MHA and finish your life there, then you go to your WR for a short break, and then on to your next DR like Harry Potter. 
TR is your temporary reality. It’s like a waiting room, except it’s a reality like your DR. You might have school, a job, bills, etc. Except it’s a low key reality, very calm and no stress. People sometimes like to shift to a temporary reality before or after shifting to their DR. It gives them a break from their OR but also gives them something to do (a job or school). Gives them a sense of structure!
BR is your birth reality and is a similar concept to “Original Reality”. HOWEVER, we shift every second including the moment we were born. You are in a different reality every second since the one you were born in. If you are 16 years old, you have shifted over 50,4576,000 times! (What a master shifter you are!) And each one is a different reality! So people almost never use birth reality, and it’s been phased out of usage for the most part.
About scripting relationships
There is harmful misinformation surround scripting relationships.
Misinfo: Scripting relationships is forcing them.
That is completely false. There are infinite realities, including infinite realities where they chose being in a relationship with you!

More context:
If scripting relationships is forcing them, that means you can’t script parents, siblings, friends, or even pets. Because you have some form of relationship with them!
Parent-child and sibling-sibling relationships are familial relationships.
Friend-friend and owner-pet relationships are platonic relationships.
If you can’t script romantic or sexual relationships because it’s “forcing”, then you won’t be able to script any kind of relationship.
It doesn’t make sense!

So again, scripting relationships isn’t forcing them!
You’re just shifting to one of infinite realities where they chose to be with you, be your friend, love you as a pet owner, have you as a child, or love you as a sibling (and any other relationships not listed here!).

I’m glad you found my blog and hopefully I can provide more helpful and motivating content!
So I’ve been working through a lot of my shifting blocks, but I have one fear that I think it holding me back from shifting. I haven’t been able to rationalize away the fear that I am the part of me that will always be left behind. I plan on at least coming back to this reality once to prove to myself I can do it. But what if when I leave and a bunch of clones respawn too I am the part that’s always left in this reality and I never get to actually experience shifting? It’s been seriously messing my head up so any advice or wisdom would be appreciated.
A lot of new shifters recently have this concern and at some point I also got the same fear!
It’s totally normal to get worried about that sort of thing!

Our soul is split infinitely across infinite realities and when you shift, it creates another clone from your soul, not from your consciousness!
So when you shift, you aren’t leaving a part of yourself behind (except for your body lol)!
It’s just your soul (that’s already split infinitely) splitting again!

Hi this is probably not a question that you can answer but i have extremely bad insomnia and sleep terrors so i have been on sleeping medication for some part of my life do you think it may have a impact on my shifting attempts?💕
Medications won’t impede on your shifting journey at all so don’t worry!
In fact, if your insomnia and sleep terrors are really bad, the medicine might actually be helping you shift because you won’t be stressed (from the lack of sleep and the sleep terrors)!
All we need is ourselves to shift but when we don’t feel good, sometimes we get unmotivated (because when you feel sick, you don’t want to do anything).
So always take care of yourself first!

is it like easier to shift to a reality with 1 little change like hair color than a fictional universe?
I say no and others say yes.
I say no because it takes the same amount of energy to shift to a parallel (small differences) or to a completely different reality (like Harry Potter or anime realities).
Others say yes because it’s easier to manifest these small differences between shifts because some find it easier to grasp the concept.
In this case, I see where the yes-people are coming from and I don’t see it as incorrect.
In both cases, you simply have to accept that you will shift/manifest.
Both beliefs are valid in this case!
